相信广大华人同胞都有一个共识，那就是：华人与其他种族虽有肤色，语言，文化上的
差别，但在人性，道德，尊严，能力，品格上，并无高下之分。这道理虽然简单朴素，
不言自明，然而有些人要么不承认这一原则，要么虽然口头承认但内心不以为然，以至
于在潜意识里认为华人在某种程度上比外族尤其是白人低劣，并且在言谈举止中流露出
来。这种意识就叫自恨心理，相应的行为就叫自恨行为。
自恨心理的表现形式千差万别，在此就一一进行列举，并剖析其背后的心理。

that poses an imminent danger of unlawful action, where the speaker has the
intention to incite such action and there is the likelihood that this will
