2014 Dodge Grand Caravan
2月份买的新车，开了5500mile开始出问题（我以为买新车省心，没想到更费心）
第一次出问题症状：
高速40迈速度行驶中，突然油门踩到底车子都没动力，方向盘锁住几乎打不动，车子惯
性前进，很用力打方向盘才迫使车子停在了紧急车道。然后直接拖到了dealer那。当时
吓了个半死，没想过试图重新启动车子。（后来dealer的报告上说车子拖到dealer后，
他们发现车子能正常点火和行驶，没法duplicate问题，但是看到气缸miss fire的
error code）
对应dealer诊断和修理：
发现4号气缸miss fire的error code，检修发现气缸header一器件非正常磨损，换了该
器件，告诉我修好了

ignore them. I have heard from people who panicked when they were threatened
with a lawsuit. If you panic that easily, you should not be buying or
selling cars. Hey, you probably don’t even deserve to own a car until you
get a little more backbone.

还是给了代理信用卡号，代理发了行程单。 我打电话到航空公司也查到我的名字和行
程。然后代理发来一张协议，让我签字，协议里让我waive信用卡公司charge back的权
利：
