我刚毕业还在找工作，LD年底硕士毕业，无法负担巨额账单。于是我们去ER所在医院申
请了Medical Hardship。当时给我们说让我们申请了Health Safety Net（HSN），同时
申请Hardship。
后来收到邮件通知MassHealth被拒，因为没有Citizenship。但是打电话查到已经享有
HSN Full benefit。但是一直没有收到关于Hardship的通知。
现在账单还在不停的寄来催我们付账，眼看就要进collection了。急得不得了。请问这
里有没有人有过相关经验？谢谢了！ |

才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上
第一个中国人，也是第二个女性在美国联席国会讲演。在她的１０分钟讲演中,气震山
河，多次被两会议员全体起来长时间的鼓掌所打断。

This pretty much says people can opt out of Obamacare plans when they are
healthy and enroll when they are sick without incurring the financial
penalty. This goes against the fundamental idea of insurance, which is the

显然你说的上学旅游之类的不属于refugee范畴
能够claim conctrete hardship 实际上更加限定了条件

4月29日 （周三）： 打电话申请加急，告诉5天之内会收到email
5月5日 （周二）： 收到uscis的email，要求更多材料，在信中说employment offer
letter alone is not sufficient. The letter MUST indicate that the offer will
be rescinded after a specific date.
5月6日（周三）： 2:54pm 把公司hr给我写好的信发给uscis
3:18pm uscis回复email说同意加急处理

已经提交过hardship和finanial sheet。当初被现在的lender(成交后不久builder卖了
合同给）告知奥氏新政规定月贷超过总毛收入31%的若符合一定条件或有finanial
hardship可参与FHA提供的较为优惠的Loan modification program. 现在收到的
package 只是 workout plan，要求同意签字寄回agreement，付四个月tiral period
payments后决定Loan modification与否和相应条款。
1. 来信首页清楚地提到 "there is no fee for this program"但是在“Frequently
asked questions"中来了这么一段：What if my trial period payment is less than
the payment I currently owe on my loan? A: |

provider，有些financial hardship withdraw 401k 是不需要要交10% penalty的。
