搜了一下，原来landsafe就是boa用来查信用纪录的公司
然后打电话给boa要pre approval letter，loan officer问了一堆问题
我说这些问题不是pre qualification都填了吗？他说他手上没有材料，正打算pull我
的credit score
我问那已经hard pull了的呢，他说他查不到，于是跟他白白
再换了一个loan officer，还是说要重新hard pull一次，
说资料里没有信用分数，只能再pull一次，如果要在他家开pre approval letter，只
有这个办法
挂了电话想了想，直接打给landsafe，那边倒爽快，给了个reference number
然后第三次打boa，报number, 终于第三个loan officer算是从landsafe调过来
信用纪录了 开始弄pre approval letter
多亏自己留个心眼，看了纪录，又问了loan officer想干什么，还想了联系landsafe的

了我的生日，我给了。她在系统里查了下后又说不需要deposit，我当时猜测可能因为
我以前从来没在他家开过任何服务，没有欠费纪录，所以才没管我要deposit.
然后昨晚收到credit karma的alert,说我的credit report被hard pull了一次。进

1.HARD PULL都是INSTANT的.银行向CREDIT BUREAU查询你的信用资料的时候,信用局会
自动留下记录,这就是对我们信用分数有影响的"HARD PULL".如果你在0:00:00提交了你
的信用卡申请,银行在0:00:01从信用局PULL了你的记录,那从0:00:01起,这个HARD已经
在你的记录上了,不存在类似消费交易那种隔几天才"POST"的过程.
2.基于以上陈述,版上曾经见过的"同一天申请多张卡,让CREDITOR互相看不见其它申请"
的说法,是不成立的,除非因为物理原因,你能保证你在同一时间在几个不同的
APPLICATION上SUBMIT然后各家银行于同一时间PULL了同一家信用局里你的记录,那那个
"互相看不见"的说法就可能成立...当然,如果你同一天申请A,B,C三家的信用卡,这三家
银行分别PULL了你X,Y,Z三个信用局里的资料,很明显地,"他们互相看不见", lol

pull，如果不行再pull，我说如果不行的话我就不提。然后对方问了一些问题（收入、
职业等）后说不用pull，给提到了4k，我满心欢喜.....
上周五因买大件额度正好不够用了，于是再次打电话询问能否不pull的情况下给提CL，
对方依然是问了几个问题然后爽快的给提了，可是周六我立马收到了credit kama的警
告，一查果然是BOA干的。
打电话过去（耗了将近2个小时，过程不表），对方态度极其恶劣，我问为什么要撒谎
，对方说不知道等等来敷衍我，最后要求见manager，后来manager打电话说可以撤销这
次的hard pull，而且告诉我7月份那次也有hard pull（我当时没有用credit kama，对
方说没有我就天真的信了。。。）。我于是要求撤销两次的pull，又是纠缠半天，最后
对方说可以撤销，但是要把CL降回2.5k。由于口语不好，不打算继续追究，同意降Cl并
撤销hard pull。
希望版上的同学们引以为鉴，BOA的客服会撒谎的。 |

关所有帐户都不会有HARD。
大部分的情况，加副卡不会有HARD（因为是SHARE原本已有的帐户）。
银行开支票/储蓄帐户不会有HARD，因为PULL的是CHEXSYSTEM的系统。 |

的我根本没要求），中间还有一次不知道什么的。全是hard啊，而且还是偷偷的。
既然已经被hard了，那过去的就过去了，但是以后怎么办？我是不是再不用它就不会再
hard我了？还是说过几天他一高兴又给我提额了又搞我一下？
或者说我能打个什么客服电话之类的把以后的hard全request成soft？

表示很惊讶，有张抽屉卡早都不用了，cap one说可以升级成另张垃圾卡，保证没有
hard pull，我卡的名字都记不住了，就随手点了升吧

不过我今天登陆credit karma主页面,上面说截止今天为止，没有hard pull
但是history里查说是10月10曾经有一个

reinstall the system using the cd, does that mean I have to get a new hard
disk? any other ways to see if the hard disk is still good, I hardly use
this airbook, and only got it for about three years, so hopefully it is not
the disk problem, just use that for internet browsing, so no experience
working on mac system before

我有20个hard，照样开了sapphire，credit 720和690基本上对做任何事都没有影响。
只有买房的时候APR可能会差一点，这个时候0.x%可能也会很significant，因为房子很
