看了下面那个关于Smith Hanley的帖子，我也来说说和他们的Experience吧。
首先申明一点，我讲的全是自己真实经历，我知道这里有Smith Hanley 的employee,或
以后可能会成为他们employee的同学，我碰到这种事情，你们不一定会碰到，希望你们
看了就看了，不要和他们提及，我可能还得暂时依靠他们生活. 另外，此帖能不置顶就
不要置顶吧。
去年6月开始找工作，7月他们和我联系，提交简历，去一家大公司A面试，做
Statistical Modelling，由于A是行业老大，我想反正第一份工作都很难，到这家公司
积攒经验也不错，就没再接着找。当时Smith Hanley答应Sponsor H1B 和绿卡。到了A
，实际上也相当不错，平均两周一个Project，能学很多东西，非常锻炼人。
今年一月，由于两家公司关系变故，A不再雇佣Smith Hanley的人。公司O和我联系，加

Hanley on all the individual offensive categories: avg, obp, sb.
And his career stats fall even further, about 2 tiers behind
in a hitter friendly park with a lot more good pitches to hit.
You can find Rollins close to or even in front of Hanley in some
fantasy ranking, but that's mainly because of his marketing skill
and stronger teammates. Those Runs/RBIs more than Hanley count for
nothing to the real life GMs. |

找工作的要求,没问其它什么,问我是不是感兴趣contract的工作,我说prefer
permanent job.然后她说November中旬再联系我,到时候我的OPT可能会下来,打电话的
时候也没问我是不是已经办了OPT.感觉象是婉言拘了.但电话谈完之后,给我发了一邮件
,是关于他们公司benefits,什么可以办green card. 还说I'll be in touch!
另一个在这个星期二.偏quant的,问了我找工作的要求,然后说给我发个样板简历,让我
把我的简历做一下相应改动,发给她之后,她会马上联系我,看看我对她有的工作那个感
兴趣.把改过的简历发给她之后,又没动静了.
本人Statistics PHD.正在忙写论文.真的没有太多时间放在找工作上,尽管我知道那是

该能拿5-6年20M+/y的合约。
不过熊猫那个100M/5y感觉overpaid很明显，这厮签了大约之后肯定控制不住体重，摆
烂了。而且熊猫的打击形态是球来就打，完全不选球，这种随着年龄的增加下滑的很快。
我个人是没看懂红袜的操作，签hanley就可以了，为啥还搞熊猫? 有那钱真的应该去签

太滥了，塞斯皮迪斯has power, 但是obp不行，估计会被交易的，victorino明年合同
到了。外野估计会使betts, hanley, castillo主力.xander还会培养下，但是SS守备并
不是很灵，就看打击能上来点不。 就算lester签回来，还缺个starter,还得交易个先
发，否则还是没戏，先发不行，常规赛顶不住。 |

不过，给 Panda 和 Hanley 每人 100M / 5yr 还是贵了点。
Hanley 已经不是9年前红袜送出去换 Josh Becket 的年轻人了，
伤病越来越多，打击能力下滑，防守更是有问题，
在SS位置上很可能漏洞百出。
Panda 的季后赛数据很好，但生涯平均值并不是大棒级的：
.280，70RBI，20HR，OPS .750左右
长处是每年起伏不大，短处是不用幻想将来代替 Big Papi。 |

製造業競爭力指標(Global Manufacturing Competitiveness Index)」報告，中國再度
蟬聯全球製造業競爭力國家之冠，德國與美國則分別包辦第2、3名，但報告中預測未來
5年內，20世紀的傳統製造業強國如美國、德國和日本的優勢地位，將逐漸被中國、印
度和巴西等新興國家取代，顯示全球製造業版圖正在劇烈變動。
勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所製造業負責人龔俊吉會計師表示，全球製造業正面臨版圖移
動，台灣製造業應趁勢發展新契機，憑藉著高素質人力資源及長期培養的高效率具彈性
之生產管理模式，確可提升產業競爭力；此外，台灣企業更有快速應變能力及優異的創
新能力，結合相關設備產業及導入服務業作法，將能不斷延伸製造業的價值鏈。在劇烈
變動的時代得以創新營運模式，以因應國際市場多變需求。
