is highest. Secondly, there are more openings comparing to other areas.
Medfocus and smith hanley are very good recruiters in this area. However,

H1B),在一个Contract结束后,如果长时间(如4个月)没找到下一份Contract,呆在美国是
不是合法.我的问题是, 是不是找到这样的公司就不用担心身份问题了?只要他们不解雇
你(估计不可能,因为他们还指望你赚钱呢),你就不用担心身份问题? 还是说对猎头公司
有特殊的要求,比如说,一个Contract结束类似于正常公司的解雇,必须在2个星期或短时
间内找到下份工作 |

Cares?如果4个月你还没有下家，Smith Hanley肯定会主动报告USCIS你的H1B过期了；
但如果几个星期或一两月，他们也就装做不知道。挂靠猎头公司以避免身份问题只是你
一相情愿的想法而已。所以如果你真想这么干的话，或许找个中国人办的猎头公司好一
些，因为中国人的胆子更大一些（无实际证据，仅仅是通过以前的交流得知。） |

I am now in Smith Hanley and I am working for a client.
1) They do sponsor H1B and Green Card, but waiting period for GC is rather
long
2) If you have been working for them long enough (such as 2 years), they
will pay you during the period you are not on duty. However, I don't think
they will pay you more than 1-2 months in that way.
3) If you have only a short term contract such as 4-6 months, and you can
not find next project (of course, they will try to find for you |

基本上， 07-09年， health care领域内的十万以上的filing在这里，大家可以看一下
是不是随便都可以拿到十万以上的起薪。
只有Genetech pay得比较的高， 但是因为是在湾区， 含金量比Lily的九万多差
得远了。

companies, say Robert Half, Comsys, Cybercoders, Smith Hanley, etc...
They would contact you if you are a good fit and keep you in file.
However I don't think it helps. They just have very few opportunities for
the entry-level. Some recruiters had asked me for resumes and other paper
work but seldom response after that. |

is not easy to get an contractor job now for a fresh graduate.
Smith Hanley is a good employer, it can sponsor your H1B.
If contract is ending, they will send you to another client for interview.
If you can not get the offer, you have to go. That is how the word "contract
" is defined.
