人很好，帮他们发帖找房客：
位置：
地址：230 Littleton，走到Union Club大约5-7分钟，就在Triple XXX后面，离
chauncy一带也非常近。出门3分钟可以走到路边车站，1B,4B,23各种都有，可以到
Walmart，也可以去downtown。走到东方超市和Wabash Landing应该也不超过10分钟吧。
基本条件：
一幢house中间的一个独立单元，有点像loft。楼上是卧室，有衣橱（带hanger和抽屉
）、storage cabinet。楼下客厅里有电视、沙发、love seat、壁炉，厨房冰箱、微波
炉、洗碗机、炉灶一应俱全，卫生间里有浴缸和放东西的架子，就是一般的卫浴设施。
另有两张写字台，也可以放楼上卧室。
七月中应该可以入住，时间上比较灵活，可以和房东商量。
门口有信箱，屋后可停车，也有bike rack可以锁自行车。
房东请了一个人专门负责各种maintenance request，有事打电话给他就行，房东自己

发帖数: 711 | 39 前面我讲的很清楚了，drywall用专门在drywall上用的螺丝或钉子。
这东西不是一个，是两件一套。你先钻一个小洞，把一个塑料或金属
空心螺钉钉进去，然后用一个配套的螺丝或钉子从中间钉或拧进去。
这后一个会将前一个空心的涨开在drywall后面所以会比较结实的固定
住东西。当然，我前面也说了，drywall还是没有在stud上钉结实。
一般stud是2x4或2x6木头。用stud finder就可以找到。
挂画用picture hanger，钉子是写着向下钉的，在drywall上挂几十磅
都没有问题。
