mall近，生活相对方便。如果住hampton尽量离你单位近，coliseum mall以北的地区，
这个地区安全多了。你们单位中国人很多，问他们。

，（817 sqft）, 朝向正南阳光充足，并且客厅和卧室都拥有Manhattan无敌河景（世
贸中心全景）。一共四个大储物间。性价比超高。转租前我的所有家具物品都会完整清
空。另外，这个楼每层都有一个laundry room, 洗衣和烘干用的充值卡在楼下的
machine就可以充值（信用卡，现金均可）。

如果买North Allegany学区，上班会远，但是这个学区又在北边最好。中国人多些，同

mr和hoa比这些比较decent cv的房子多了500块一个月,也就相当于10万的贷款所承担的
利息,75万hampton加10万,85万的话看来看去看不到什么满意的
我想很多人都这么想的,才买在那里,70几万80万的房子基本是单收入的上限 |

75 万加20万，可以选择还是不少。
现在都85 万了加20万更好了。
不过你家LD 很厉害，我觉得单收入搞 Hampton 很了不起。刚才那个球抗双职工老美还

概是多10万的贷款,看到85万的话,买不到合适的,现在的话90万也买不到合适的,前几天
贴的都是百万了,而且太老了,装修得多少啊,Hampton我投了5.6万都没看到什么变化 |

Coliseum Central area is not bad.
Southern York county area is very good, especially if you work at NASA.
Downtown hampton area is not that bad. Have friends living there. And they
don't
complain. Just didn't know any Chinese who lives there (maybe because I don't
know enough people).
Rent is generally high (of course depending on where you come from). Deals are
rare.
Public transportation not very convenient, either.

2。在Hampton找到一个公寓，大概$1000/2 bedroom，看了review好像还不错。问题是
，这个公寓离你提到的coliseum mall距离1.8mile，但是是在这个mall的南面一点点。
请问这个范围还算安全吗？ |
