我曾经试过多种办法提没有降解（用Bio-Rad or Agilent Bioanalyzer测integrity or
quality (RNA Integrity Number (RIN) by Agilent or RNA Quality Index (RQI)
by Bio-Rad)，不是仅仅用Nanodrop测RNA integrity or quality）的total RNA，然后
做microarray．
1.液氮研磨：RNA quality好，可以做microarray，但是麻烦和太慢（原因你应该知道
）。
２. Glass tissue homogenizer: it didn't work for me to grind tissue in
Trizol in ice bucket with ice, although my tissue was thin and tiny.
Bioanalyzer showed RNA degradation.It's also low through-put.

该是DAO的，但博士谈到GLOCK既不是SA，也不是DA，所以我就上网查了一下，发现的确

要Decock，两个条件，hammer击发方式加hammer外置(手能摸着)。
所以非hammer击发（比如Glock Striker）或者hammer内置(shrouded hammer, S&W
642 )，无法Decock，直接dry fire。
SA, SA/DA 之类一般revolver & pistol, thumb decock就可以，例外就是1911，枪店
小二的话就是1911 is not supposed to be decocked. 带一支.45，机锤大开的1911会
不会心里打颤？
.22一般也不能靠dry fire来decock, instructor的原话是：.22 fire pin hits the edge of ammo, dry fire will hurt the fire pin......
有decocker的pistol直接接下，听见hammer重重的响一下，就不见bullet飞出来，哈哈

发帖数: 12995 | 12 Hammer spring换轻的，对双动的影响不大，对单动影响大点，但对trigger的
smoothness没有帮助，这个必须要打磨sear/hammer交界面，而且还要cut sear/hammer
交界面的角度，这样就可以把单动的weight降到3.5磅。
但问题是，CZ用的是surface harden 的钢，如果磨掉了上面的一层硬钢，下面是相对
软很多的钢，软钢不经磨，这样做过trigger job后，过段时间，就可能出现hammer
follow的问题，也就hammer没法stay cocked, CZ 也会因为你的改动不予保修。
所以，CZ的trigger job一定一定要换高质量的sear/hammer,然后去做。不过加上运费
，估计大半把枪钱就撂里面了，瞬间你的PCR就是800刀的枪了，直逼P226. |

第一篇中讲到过走火基本是两种情况：知道子弹上膛再走火和自以为子弹没上膛而走火

大家对待上膛枪毕竟还是非常慎重的，而自以为子弹没上膛而走火是最危险的，也较容
易发生，特别是分解擦枪时，常说的擦枪走火说的就是这类吧。
避免自以为子弹没上膛而走火最好的办法是每次正确验枪/清枪。第一步永远是退出弹
闸而且再也不要放进枪中。网上最热闹的走火视频莫过于DEA职员在学校里演示枪支安
全操作结果走火打中自己脚的。原因所在，弹闸重新放回了枪中。他所使用的Glock枪
分解前必须先扣扳机，他当众验了枪，结果虽然表明枪中没有子弹，但放回弹闸松开套
筒立刻就子弹上膛，再扣扳机会有个好？

扳机decocker的方法。
我发现有个奇怪的现象，就是用这个方法第一次不能decocker。步骤是：
0. safety off, cock状态
1. hammer按到底
2. 扣扳机
3. 慢慢松hammer
这个时候发现hammer不能释放，就是往前走几毫米旧卡住了。
这时候如果继续
4. 松扳机，并听到扳机复位声音
5. 松hammer (仍然是down的位置，只是不按下）
然后重复1, 2, 3，就能docock，就是说第一次不能成功，第二次
可以decock，每次都是如此。请有这个枪的同学试试看，是不是这样？ |

不是SAO
绝大部分striker fired和极少数hammer fired的手枪号Double action only：每一次
扳机扣动能cock striker/hammer, 然后release striker/hammer完成一次全动过程，
从这个角度讲是标准双动。
但是striker fired和极少数hammer fired这种DAO跟传统DA的区别是每一次cock之前手
枪自己完成一个pre-set的程序，即partially cook striker/hammer。trigger pull里
完成其余的full cock和release程序。就是trigger pull没有能力完成full cook的过
程。这个角度讲算1.5或者1.75动，算不上标准双动。 |

发帖数: 252 | 28 上次踌躇PRINCE的O3，结果得知PRINCE破产保护的消息后决定买了（其实他们只是重组
甩债换主人而已）。另外重新去穿了下Wilson BLX tour limited的线，换成PRINCE的
TOPSPIN。另外换了下WILSON HAMMER的replacement grip.
PRINCE O3 WHITE感觉出人意料的好啊。 我本来还以为会重，结果拿手里反而感觉轻了
一点，不过挥重上感觉刚好。正反手都感觉增加了很多的confidence。另外，非常的
spin friendly，无论是TOPSIN还是切削。这拍对off center的球很forgiving，
placement也非常准确。我用的是6点钟方向的软grommet, 相对比较舒适。发球上，感
觉可以明显提高一发命中率，这个方面还需要更多的体会，不过一发的速度相对HAMMER
有减少。
Wilson BLX tour limited 换线后感觉dampened feeling居然比prince o3还强，而且
在不同的力度上居然还有很多层次的手感，很有意思。这把的control也明显增强。虽

拥枪家庭安全问题
安全问题有客观主观两方面。后半篇谈到的一些主观安全意识，想法和看法可能会有争
议，但我是抛砖引玉，大家能思考并自己定夺我觉得也就达到目的了。
家庭枪支安全和靶场安全有点不同，靶场是要安全开枪，家中是要彻底杜绝开枪走火和
枪到他人手里的可能，因此侧重点也不同。

大家对待上膛枪毕竟还是非常慎重的，而自以为子弹没上膛而走火是最危险的，也较容
易发生，特别是分解擦枪时，常说的擦枪走火说的就是这类吧。

根据2007年研究，山西陶寺遗址的龙山文化居民中，上层贵族100%为O3类型，而根据

混凝土打孔应该用hammer drill加concrete and masonary bit.当然hammer drill多数
是corded, 这是成本问题，cordless hammer drill 一样好使。你觉得好使多半是因为
你借的那个是hammerdrill,而你自己的是一般的cordless drill.
如今好点的的cordless drill论扭矩，使用时间和性能都绝对够用。只有最高转速可能
比不上corded.不过你们用得到的场合都不需要高转速。
die hard的diy最好的组合我觉着是一个高质量的cordless drill/driver 加一个一般
的corded hammer drill. 屋里屋外应该都够用了。 |

Wrong. Just like car shift, you need to change gear setting. High speed =
less torque and vice versa.

不知道同时有没有drill功能装drill bit打洞？我理解是没有
I don't think you can drill a smooth hole with such low speed.
Hammer drill helps to clean the dust/debris during drilling. It is not
actually hammering bits in.Hammer drill can be used as regular drill, but I
don't think it can be used as a driver because it spins too fast.

发帖数: 131 | 47 钢琴大约20年，里外看起来很新，卖家说弹的很少，估计有很长时间没有tune了。
试了一下每个琴键，有两个琴键的hammer复位有点问题，就是hammer击弦后会被临近的
那个hammer挡住。轻拨这个临近的hammer就可以复位了。请问这个是大问题吗？不知道
重新tune会不会解决这个问题？
