今天和Dean谈过了，Dean说现在咱们从college升级到university已经10年了，要求变
变也是应该的嘛，别的不说，您要long term contract的话还是有点publication比较
好。我次奥！现在每个礼拜上课都忙的脚不沾地的，居然还要正式的research！

的faculty review meeting时间提前3分钟到系主任办公室，听到还在跟上一个faculty
聊，就进了系主任办公室门口的小秘办公室。然后问小秘系主任再跟谁聊。小秘说了谁
谁谁。我觉得应该不会太长，就坐在小秘办公室的一个凳子上等。谁知道屁股还没坐热
，小秘就说你能否出去在hallway里找个地方坐？只好很尴尬地出去了。
等了半小时，系主任还跟上一个faculty没聊完。下面要来meeting的faculty也来了，
小秘就把我叫进她办公室，做主把我今天的meeting cancel，然后说改个时间。当时我
心里很恼火，差点朝她吼，why me? 不过忍住了，没有跟她当场发飙。场面上交代过去

所以你不要不服气，不要以为自己的idea很smart。除非你是在解哥德巴赫猜想之类的
