周六天气不错，本版著名ID德龄公主提议组织一次面向广大人民群众的慢速自行车出游
，欢迎有兴趣的朋友参加。
我们计划的路线是seattle half century的路线，全程50 mile，这条路线风景优美，
途径lake sammamish, lake washington, 别名tour de lakes.绝大部分路线在专用的
trail上（sammamish river trail, burke-gilman trail, lake to lake trail, I90
trail),剩下的也有专门的自行车道，安全不是问题。你将有机会在很放松的情况下尽
情近距离享受seattle的夏日（或者秋日？）阳光。
公主会骑fixed gear（不踩就不走，下坡也得踩的那种），我会拿trailer拖两个小孩
，所以速度会很慢，估计也就12、13mph, 不会长期超过trail上的限速15 mph, 你将会
有机会享受超越西版著名铁人的乐趣和幸福。一般的超市车，初学者都能胜任。目前已
经有8个人报名参加，包括本版众多著名ID（比如公主、某豆， just |

the same performance in the sense of percentile. I guess 5:12:45 is usually
30 percentile, while 6:00:00 is usually 50 percentile.
Tuoniao seems very likely to be one of the next few.

，后来试吃了一下，发现肉有一股很怪的味道，跟大华卖的dungeness很不一样。最后
都扔掉了。
请问是red rock本来就有味道，还是因为half moon bay的海水有问题造成的？ |

i shot +3. not that good, but ok..
front 9, is difficult than back 9, normally, for this golf course.
my 6 clubs are driver, 7-wood, 7-iron, 9-iron, 58 wedge and putter. it
turned to be a good combination, except one 178-yard par3. it was front pin,
so played like 163-165, I guess. I used my 7-iron, about 5-yard short.
i will do it more. it's a good way to do the course management, and also
distance control. |

发帖数: 1656 | 48 我的体会，是不是 full swing, half swing 不重要。重要的是上杆时尽可能多积蓄能
量，下杆尽可能多释放能量。
这个过程犹如一个弹簧。我们这些业余的弹性有限，自然不能像专业的拧得那么完美。
如果为了在形式上做到full swing 而将弹簧拧过头，则不能达到想要的效果。
你随便一打的时候反而是将你自己这个弹簧拧到了最合适的位置。自然效果不错。
大伙觉得我的体会有没有道理？ |

离当然还是全挥。但是在练习半挥的时候我发现自己的手腕居然翻转的很流畅也算到位
，球会出去的很高很直，在刚开始的时候这都是不敢想的，我想还是全挥杆打下的基础
。现在慢慢体会铁杆是基础，一开始特别着急上driver，觉得这才是最开始该学的东西
，但根本就学不会，别人怎么说我都体会不了，练习一段时间铁杆以后，DRIVER突然就
开窍了，基本是上来就有点感觉了。 |

高尔夫厂商现在不断的把甜点扩大，就是帮助我们能打到甜点中。
无论你是half swing还是full swing,只要打到甜点距离是最远的。我推杆最近换成
milled putter，就是为了让自己更好的感觉到甜点。这样能够更好的控制距离和线。 |
