象修酱那样的人，他的幸福在于他对他人来讲的价值，或者说他能否照顾重要的人，能
否能给自己重视的人幸福。能的话他自己也会幸福，不能的话他自己也会不幸。
所以原田死后他照顾理花，试图成为理花的家人，这不是因为他对理花有男女爱情那样
的感情。失去原田这件事，对修酱和理花两个人都是巨大的不幸，2个人在一起就是舔
伤口。修酱照顾理花，怕再失去她。最后他发现自己无法完成这个任务，失去原田这个
不幸太大了，他自己都背不动，更无法照顾理花给她幸福。
而他和理花之间，象家人一样彼此了解，理花很明白他的心理情况，所以理花也试图照
顾他的这种感受。但是，理花无法克服失去原田的巨大不幸，最后修酱留在她身边照顾
她，对于她也变成了一中负担。所以，在阳台上，他给真山解释这件事的时候，说到了
最后竟然有让理花死了算了的念头，知道两个人不可能这样在一起。
修酱把真山推荐到理花那里去，就是因为真山这个人身上带着和他一样的本质。但是因
为真山年轻而勇敢，而且真山和原田没有任何关系，没有这一道伤痕和负担，所以他才
能真的帮到理花，给她幸福，至少能好好照顾她。

因为没有遵循其自身设立仲裁案的规则以及程序。只是PCA为了赚钱，把自己的场地借
用给这个草台班子唱戏，并提供秘书服务（处理文件以及发布之类）。至于这个草台班
子‘法庭’，它是由菲律宾和日本人柳井俊二共同凑出来的。这位柳井俊二自己是推动
日本解除安保条约的积极分子，唯一和这事搭上边的是他当时也已经是国际海洋法庭的
轮值庭长。但是这事没有在正式的国际海洋法庭上处理，而是弄这么个草台班子，这已
经很清楚的说明正经海洋法庭也绝不会听这个庭长个人瞎捣鼓的。
至于说PCA自己，根据其规则，提供arbitration服务的要求必须是争议双方共同书面要
求PCA来给他提供裁判意见。具体见下面引文。所以既然中国一开始就拒绝去掺和，这
个根本连PCA也不能提供仲裁意见。
总之，这就是一个草台的无以复加的野鸡‘法庭’，就跟你我在大街上拉几个人凑个‘
法庭’没两样。而PCA的角色就是为了赚钱违背自己的规则以及职业道德，把名义借给
这么个野鸡‘法庭’去发布信息。

年初的时候雇了一个人，也付了钱。现在想给他发1099表，需要他的SSN.谁知道这个人
死活不理我，估计是不想缴税。没有他的SSN，我就没有办法发1099表。想打听一下这
种情况我该怎么办？多谢。 |

自的上限都是5000刀。那这个家庭的上限就是 10，000刀？
我知道 dependent care flexible spending account 即使夫妻各自可以放5000刀，但

简单一点， 就是你将要使用的法院， 必须对你有个人司法管辖权力。所以， 你要选
择哪个州来离婚。 纽约和新泽西有不一样的要求。
另外一个问题就是， 夫妻双方分别在中国， 美国。 中美都是 Hague Service
Convention 的签字国。 所以， 你选择在哪里离婚， 必须要考虑 Hague Service
Convention 所涉及的 “送达” 问题。
如果双方比较配合， 问题就好解决。

“All I heard were gunshots, then I came outside and the man and woman were
trying to drive away but the car wouldn’t go,” Hague gets emotional
