Deadly Medicine
Prescription drugs kill some 200,000 Americans every year. Will that
number go up, now that most clinical trials are conducted overseas—on
sick Russians, homeless Poles, and slum-dwelling Chinese—in places where
regulation is virtually nonexistent, the F.D.A. doesn’t reach, and
“mistakes” can end up in pauper’s graves? The authors investigate the
globalization of the pharmaceutical industry, and the U.S. Government’s
failure to rein in a lethal profit machine.

Nokia had spent 15 years trying to develop and maintain its own software,

Maybe the most remarkable thing about Tim Tebow at UF? He was keeping Cam

Cameron Newton played Saturday -- and that was the story of the day. The

one of the most drama-filled weeks any college player can have -- actually
isn't surprising at all.

CREATIVE WRITING
BY ETGAR KERET
The first story Maya wrote was about a world in which people split
themselves in two instead of reproducing. In that world, every person could,
at any given moment, turn into two beings, each one half his/her age. Some
chose to do this when they were young; for instance, an eighteen-year-old
might split into two nine-year-olds. Others would wait until they’d
established themselves professionally and financially and go for it only in
middle age. The heroine of Maya...

"Rolling In The Deep"
There's a fire starting in my heart
Reaching a fever pitch, it's bringing me out the dark
Finally I can see you crystal clear
Go 'head and sell me out and I'll lay your ship [shit] bare
See how I leave with every piece of you
Don't underestimate the things that I will do
There's a fire starting in my heart
Reaching a fever pitch
And it's bringing me out the dark
The scars of your love ...
