政府，要求高速沿线修fence和tunnel避免鹿横穿高速公路。
当时找了一个动物研究所的专家，作证收费每小时300美元那种。根据他说的，鹿跳
fence，大多需要助跑。有助跑的情况下，公鹿至少12英尺高才可以拦住，母鹿需要
至少10英尺。如果在fence外面挖壕沟使得鹿不能助跑，那么可以减2英尺。
还有，在母鹿的繁殖季节，五月到六月生，哺乳2,3个月，母鹿会take chances to
find food in human habitat，这个时间最多

还是属于investment,自己动手省了house rehab的钱。属于累一下，但是赚钱很保险的
方法。
推荐lz下次配这种出租房里的东西，可以找local的habitat of humanity.东西会便宜
很多。还有买appliance可以找当地的Conn's.只要你认准了一个sales买所有的东西，
他可以给你的折扣价会比你用gift card,coupon这种省下来的还要多。而且自己也不用
那么辛苦麻烦。 |

原有打算如果不好出租就卖掉，除去装修和卖房费用，至少能挣十万。在房价每平方尺
150刀的地区，对门比我的买入价高两万刚刚卖出去，我的房子比它多了1000尺的
finished walk out basement,而且back to green space。
房子本身非常高档，local的habitat of humanity里的东西根本配不上也配不齐，除非
全部换成低档的，我也不乐意。买appliance再便宜也不比上够二手的，用gift card,
coupon是买那些零七八碎的东西，没可能一次买全了。 |

从来不赌，就是看show瞎玩！
我觉得MM完全可以带宝宝去。我们是从嘟嘟一岁以后就尽量多带她
出去旅游。宝宝这个时候懂蛮多的，对新鲜事物特别好奇，多带出去
见见世面挺好的。
我觉得MM可以这样安排。
早上起来吃完饭带宝宝出去玩玩（最好旅馆是在strip上面）！
各个特色酒店去看看，一天去1－2个。比较适合宝宝去看看的有：
Mirage看海豚还有secret garden。晚上看火山爆发
MGM看大狮子
Caesars看大鱼缸和Fall of Atlantis show。The Forum shops 逛街。
Mandalay bay 看shark reef。
Circus circus有一些小朋友能看能玩的。
M&M world.
Bellagio的conservatory很多漂亮的花花草草。还有我的最爱大喷泉（晚上
看更好看）
Rio的Show in the sky。
Flamingo的wildlife habitat。
Venetian gondola ride，不坐船可以看看河流，呵呵。

natural playground，看到一个特别cute的catepillar，我feed它leaves了。”肚皮娘

就不高兴了，“worm很yucky的，我的catepillar是个cutie pie，我太喜欢它了，真想

开始upset, 让她再试试,她就怎么都不愿意,很生气的说I can’t do anything, I
just can’t do anything, you are not teaching me anything. 我跟她解释一次画
不好你再画一次,你不能这么快就frustrated, 有困难就要make effort. 她完全听不进
去. 我说那好吧你不愿意画,那明天在家没事的时候再试试. 然后就说该关灯睡觉了.当
