发帖数: 12791 | 3 我娃吃辅食前一直是顿顿拉。吃了辅食还是基本顿顿拉，但是明显费劲，就一点点橡皮
泥一样的。每天尝试若干次以后，下午来一泡大的，一天算拉完。我觉得prune
juiceprune好吃。我娃刚开始不太会拉干大便。憋好几顿，越憋越难。我就直接拿半个
prune，用勺子刮刮给她吃。我这里farmer's market卖的prune很好吃，不甜腻。店里
买的太甜。
四个月大，吃一半漏一半，多半是还没有ready，tongue reflection 还在。每天
offer一两次，练习练习就会了。我娃刚开始的时候，几乎都喂给围兜兜了。现在遇到
很喜欢吃的，吃完了，围兜兜干干净净。
另外，我觉得吃饭还是要有个好习惯，放high chair上吃吧。

发帖数: 2075 | 7 乱七八糟的写的很长，麻烦大家能看一看帮忙支招。之前宝宝睡觉很好哄，快五个月了
反而有越来越难睡觉的趋势了。目前他晚上大概7-8pm左右睡觉，需要1-2am和4-5am吃
两次夜奶，早上大概7点就醒了，闭着眼睛在床上扭。白天早上和下午的nap质量非常差
，早上大概要到10点多吃完奶才睡第一个nap,好的时候能睡一个小时，期间各种闭着眼
睛扭来扭去，差的话可能刚放下去就醒了。下午就完全不定，有时一两点，有时三四点
，有时都困得不行了就是不睡，睡的话也就不到半个小时。白天总是得奶睡（母乳瓶喂
），不然再困也睡不着。
最近他白天的睡眠问题已经影响到晚上了，首先接近傍晚的时候脾气变得很暴躁，揉眼
睛抓耳朵，经常尖叫，有时还竭斯底里地大哭，不管是放在他的crib里还是抱着哄都不
行，折腾一个小时筋疲力尽了才睡着, 有时因为哭得太厉害了还大吐。
我看了happy sleep habbit, happy child，知道这是overtired的典型表现，想提高他
白天睡眠的质量，主要是要训练他自己入睡，也想慢慢断掉夜奶，这样晚上他也能睡得

我觉得第一胎的孩子，大人很容易抱的多，有没有经验。本来孩子没满月就睡的多，然
后又是不停的需要喂奶，所以很容易的大部分时候孩子都是在妈妈的怀里睡着的。
我第一个孩子没有注意，到了2，3个月的时候才开始调整回来，花了好大劲才调好。
但是老二我们是从月子里就注意了。其实月子里头两周孩子很容易睡着，个人感觉是最
好培养孩子自己入睡的时段。三周左右是个转折，那个是没有那么容易睡了，需要特别
注意培养，就像上面一位妈妈说的，把孩子放在crib里，边上拍拍什么的让他睡着。我
自己的经验就是一周左右，就习惯这个就是睡眠的模式了。
所以我家二宝基本是除了月子，虽然白天要哄哄，晚上的那觉都是自己入睡的 (就是吃
完奶，往crib里一方，让后他就自己睡了。）
楼主的问题，我建议楼主先看两本书，有很多书有比较好的怎样让孩子自己入睡的方法
的。在结合自己的情况来培养宝宝自己睡觉的习惯。现在孩子是一个月大，还是比较容
易改变这个习惯的。

小孩上午nap是错误的做法，建议看看happy sleeping habbit, happy child这本书。

Since she's already established the habbit of sleeping on her own, in her
own room, it is best to keep as is. Also for the younger child, 1.5 is old
enough to sleep separetly from parents.
I've never co-slept even 1 night with my son ever since he was born, and he'

Look like that you have not been able to stop the violence for a while. It
is not fair for the small one, and it is very bad habbit for the older one
too.
Physically stop her before she hit the baby if needed. Talk to the older one
, set up a rule if she hit her sister again, what is the consequence. And
Stick to it for a few weeks. You should see the result.
On the other side, baby can't take toys away from sister's hand without

If they refused to clean up (the mess they made), -- well they will always
do that the first few times :-) --, I will tell them that I am not going to
talk to them until they did what I asked them to do.
At the younger age, (younger than 7,8 ), they need to talk to the parents
almost any 5, 10 mins. So when they next time come to talk to me, I will

for them. I will be there at the beginning when they take a bath, and
remind them to put into the basket. Now, of course, they already have the
habbit.
If one day, I saw the dirty cloth on the floor, I will go find the right
child and ask her/him to put them in the basket. I don't lecture them, just
simply say ' xx, put away your dirth cloth'.

parents.
Typically, you send a gift at Chrstimas, since everyone is expecting that.
Other than that, they just do their job, I don't think we should encourage
the habbit to receive too many gifts :-).

A big change in tax policy will change people's saving/spending habbit.
It is not so easy to make such a move like you wanted, no offence (but maybe
you did not take too many high level classes in economy).

's chorus singing Chinese songs and we gave them big applaud.
I felt Sha Bao Liang's singing was so so. It was bad for him to move the
microphone away from him. It was a bad habbit for the singer.
The theatre is pretty good. I would like to come here for more shows because
it is closer to Rockville and offers free parking. I might not go to
Kennedy Center if the show had been there. |
