To learn good habit from others is always the point. The worst thing is even
dont dare to face our shortcomings. We chinese do have these bad habbit as the
author mentioned. Why we shouldn't feel ashamed and make improvement?

People feel offended not because GGW pointed out their shortcomings, but
because of the way she expressed herself. She tried so hard to single out
herself from other chinese who should be shamed by themselves, like when she
said to her friend,"I am ashame." She is Miss Perfect. Also, she extended her
observation from a small sample to the whole population, which is ridiculous!
