guardian是将来把你孩子养大的，我觉得首选是兄弟姐妹，其次是父母，再其次是好朋
友。这个顺序可以根据父母年龄，跟朋友的关系而调整。这个decision比较重要，毕竟
他们负责要把你的娃养大，而且在娃18岁以前对你的财产有绝对的支配权。
遗嘱执行人会跟律师一起处理你的身后事，而且在guardian接手小孩以前需要照顾你的
孩子。这个一般选local的朋友，比较信得过就可以了。
guardian不一定要找在美国的，这个我们律师明确说了，当然，各州的法律可能会有不
