上月底申了下schwab, 得了个拒信, 但是信里又说如果能找到credit好的
guarantor提供SSN和相关信息就可以重审和批卡. 于是看了一下对guarantor的
要求, 说是如果我不还钱的话schwab会找guarantor去collect, 而且可以相应
影响guarantor的信用记录.
有人遇到过这种情况么? guarantor一般找什么人啊? 觉得相关的条款太严了,
非亲非故的很难开口求人. 可是这么放弃而且浪费个hard觉得可惜. 有啥好的
办法没? |

业，也找到了一个工作，但是pay不是很高。 想在LP工作的附近租一个1b1b，这样就我
每天开车去上下班，她走路就行。填了申请表，又要bank account又要 employment
info之类，开始觉得这些都是敏感信息，但是也没办法。。。
现在那个company说landlord觉得我的credit history太短，差不多1年吧，我之前查的
分数差不多接近700。非说要找一个guarantor. 我们又没有亲戚在这边，谁会愿意做
guarantor呢。。。？ 房租在这个地区算是比平均价高个100-200刀，不过环境还不错。
求教一下版上的各位，有没有什么办法把这个房子租下来。或者是有没有什么建议？

revolving account不够，blablabla。 TNND，老子手头七张信用卡三个checking账户
还不够啊！这帮疯子！！！虽说我credit history只有两年，但其他那些一年多甚至一
年不到的人不也是申请到了吗 (补充一下，我信用记录良好，从未有late pay/collection等行为，karma查到的分数是765）
我身边不可能找到一个guarantor愿意帮我签名担保的，于是打电话过去argue，声明1.
我找不到guarantor 我只是个穷学生 2.我的credit reference和revolving account绝
对够了。
一个印度女的查了半天，说你去experian要一份credit report寄给我们，并写信解释
。。晕死。。。
求大家给点建议。现在手头就缺一张AMEX的卡了。。。从08年至今申请了几次都被拒。

你自己（或者加上配偶，如果多人合伙就一起）做guarantor就好了。
然后就查一下guarantor们的credit history，询问asset and annual income.
如果是recourse loan反正最后还是要guarantor们赔差额。
如果是non-recourse loan，lender是估计房子价值怎么着跌也不会低于贷款额，
但是他还是会要查一下guarantor们的credit history，不希望你是习惯性拖欠的主 |

再重新考虑
我的申请，基本就相当于拒了。
后来刚好亲戚过来看我，突然想起这件事情，就把他加成我的guarantor然后把信寄回
去给
fidelity了，寄了2周也没信。
今天打电话过去，问我的回信收到没，supervisor人很nice，说是guarantor的资料还
没转到他们
部门，但是又看了我申请，说我自己就可以qualify，只需要跟我问几个问题，大概就
是基本信
息，然后说approve了，给了5000 limit。
估计早打电话早就过了。。嗯。。
申卡不直接批的话只要能找到supervisor讲讲话，机会都会大很多的样子。。 |

b, c, d(ii)，但没有d中的(i)和(iii)。Guarantor是一个教授，如果向他要这些材料
好像太过分了。大家有没有不用d中的(i)和(iii)通过签证的？
此外，签证的申请表是只能用英语填，还是部分内容可以用日语填？因为寄来的材料是

金卡，过了。买了200 ua gift certificate，很快拿了credit。然后就去了CVS，在买
第2张$500 vanilla 的transaction被decline（自己大意了，没想到1000 就悲剧）。
主要是lp现在还没有工作，申请的时候工资填我的，所以害怕review。
马上收到AMEX的email，要求电话888-800-5234，打了，agent要我们到local银行的一
个notary，然后fax给他们。
请问版上知道这个的人，这个notary好搞吗？lp自己没有checking account，我有
chase，我可以去chase叫他们帮忙搞这个吗？这个会不会被financial review？怕这个
，不过现在还没有。谢谢各位

corresponding author, RFE里说第一作者享有最高的credit,而我第一作者的文章引用
比较少。
1. google了corresponding author的定义，杂志上基本上都是写回复邮件，提交，
communication之类的；
2. 在research gate上找到一些比较好的comments，corresponding author的作用在于
funding, idea,文章的修改，知识产权等，但是总觉得research gate是个论坛，不知
道是否合适作为evidence提交。；
3. 再比如，我找一个美国院士，列出他的文章大部分都是通讯作者，是否有说服力？

2.申请一般是不需要面谈的,当天拿不到,你可以邮寄给他们申请,然后在申请材料里面

其中有一项abcde我以为有一个就可以了，只带了税表，结果昨天去纽约领馆窗口递材
料，被告知还要补resume,daily schedule和bank statement。

whitney might have been for the moment of fame and i am neither for or
against her. but here are some of my concerns about the munis (with data),
and i am all open if you can point out holes in my understanding. (in fact,

to ease my concerns.)

给了他application之后，现在告知我他有三个孩子。（1，2，7）
问题出在他PhD刚毕业，准备找工作，暂无收入。她LP今年入医学院，也无收入。
只好要了ganrantor。此guarantor又是self employee，没法真正证明收入。
感觉此房客有潜在不付房租的可能，想不租给他，但又没有很好的理由。担心要是到时
不付房租，我的mortgage也会有问题。
求建议。 |
