，但是正常点的比如lower pine又怕check out的人太少、抢不到营地。昨天看了看发

我去过一次yosemite，在valley里面呆了3天，赶上一个周末，人多的堪比曼哈顿啊！
我一见那乌泱乌泱的人群就心烦。。。要不是陪父母，这次真不想再去valley了。哪些
地方风景好、人又少呢？好像high sierra很美，那边有简单的day hiking trail么？

如果已经进屋了，你是没有办法查他是否带武器，而且即便是拳头也是武器，所以你有
足够的理由开枪自卫。
标准程序是：
1 打911, 把手机放在speaker上，
2 找隐蔽的地方，向坏人喊话，表示你已经报警，你有武器
3 如果那人不逃走，继续犯罪，你feel free to shoot.
4 所有的对话和发生的现场，都会被911录音，做为对你有利的证据。
PS： WA 虽然没有明确的stand your ground, 但有"no duty to retreat", pretty
much the same. |

砖引玉。
大家都以为德州枪械泛滥，枪法宽松，其实这是个误区，德州的枪支管理法规还是比较
严格的，至少这个城堡法就是在佛罗里达之后才通过的，并且效仿了佛罗里达的立法。
2007年3月12号，德州参议院30票全票通过SB37号自卫法，3月19号在州众议院宣读，3

的问题是目击证人。这个例子分两种情况：
1. 陈甲是一个变态杀人狂，但没有前科，所以合法的购买了一支手枪。想杀一个无关
的人，又能摆脱罪责。陈甲住的地方，open carry是合法的。于是这天天黑以后，陈甲
open carry他的手枪散步。他的公开理由是这个区不太安全。这时他看到路人张乙，就
慢慢走着靠近上去，然后拔枪从正面将张乙击毙。这一切因为天黑没有目击者。陈甲开
枪之前就已经故意用手机给警察打了电话，说有人（张乙）跟踪他，很可疑。开枪后，
又立即打电话给警察，说张乙冲上来抢他的枪，他为了自卫，开了一枪，张乙死了。
2. 陈甲是好人，所以合法的购买了一支手枪。陈甲住的地方，open carry是合法的。
