一问：强制堕胎是否合法
许多朋友讨论强制堕胎，都会提到这是计划生育基本国策决定的，具有合法性。不
得不提醒：这样的观点是错误的。
《中华人民共和国宪法》第25条规定，“国家推行计划生育，使人口的增长同经济

Sound）转一圈。具体路线沿从纽约出发，过白石桥，经康州至罗德岛（rhode
island）。第二天乘轮渡横过长岛海峡，驱车到长岛最远端Montauk，那边有个很漂亮
的灯塔公园，傍晚返回纽约。全程约430英里，详情见附图。
一路自然人文景观非常丰富，初步订游览康州潜艇公园（Naval Submarine Base），美
国海岸警卫队学院（united states coast guard Academy），Gillette Castle
State Park， Hammonasset
