政治选举其实就是一个产业，总统选举就是最大的一笔生意，新闻，广告，宣传材料，
组织服务，一大帮人就指着吃饱这么一年，管三年，下次选举再来过。其中特别是一帮
所谓的pundits, 平时上电视露面，写写没人看的书，不赚钱，就为混个脸熟，选举年
卖给选举人所谓的咨询服务，比如民调，演讲稿，政策咨询，加上superpac, 整个系统
没有什么左右之分，只有目标客户的不同，就是一个近百亿美元的服务产业。
所以没人讲bush坏话，都盯他那一亿多。 候选人也明白，反正也不是自己的钱，大家
有份。所以Hilary总部就有350多人，skywalker早早的就在iowa 99个县都设立机构（
退选其实是钱不够了）。
好了trump来了。他是个商人，自己的钱只花在刀口上。msnbc有个clip采访竞选总部，
真的是家徒四壁，就5，6个大学生。local的机构也是民调上来后才慢慢建立。 他自己
也说过好几次，有人要10万一个月帮他做民调，他说各种机构每周都有民调，我干嘛花

You don't know the story. The couple's children were severely disabled,
unable to eat or talk or walk. Their health insurance had reached its limits
and they had spent down their savings and were about to start in on their
retirement funds. Theirs was a grim situation. Very little compassion in
America. |

发帖数: 4124 | 49 unfortunately the outcome of SCLC is grim. it responds well to chemotherapy
and radiation but the remission is usually short. 5 yr survival is ~20% for
limited SCLC. chemotherapy regimen should include a -platin as the major
ingredients. if it's limited stage, give concurrent radiation therapy to the
lung. if it responds well to chemo, do a whole brain irradiation, which
improves survival rate considerably. |
