这些东西要看你怎么来用，我觉得用来push自己做off limit的事情很有用，反正眼一
闭，心一横，做就做了，做得当中很快达到一个忘我的境界，反而效果很好。
我昨天做cardio的时候看了一部电影叫：Gridiron Gang, 巨石强森演的关于Sean
Porter 在 juvenile detention center 建立一支足球队的故事。有一段是Sean 挪用
了资金给足球队买设备被狱长问责，Sean 回答说：是的我动了资金，然后你去告我，
审理需要2个月，我需要出庭，然后我用家庭原因延后2个月，最后审理结果出来又3个
月 - 这个football season 也结束了。狱长听了没说话就走了。这一幕我印象深刻。
所以一切伟大的事情或者是push limit的事情都是从一个强大的信念开始的。
