好久没来归坛了，跟大家打个招呼。本人目前已经海归，接受了一家Fortune 100的offer, 任亚太区总监，手下管着亚州各个国家几十号人，忙得天昏地暗。趁这次回美国度假，上来跟大家报个到。以前在归坛上泡了很久，大家总是在讨论该不该海归的问题，HG HBG 谁好谁差，等等。后来我觉得，与其在网上争来争去，不如如亲身去体会一下，是甜的还是咸的，尝一下不就知道了吗？

肥forever)和Frank。作为和对两桶油有些了解的过来人和半个同行，我来补充一下。
先说个数字：土木工程Mid－Career 的薪水（15年工作经验）是$91,000。（http://www.payscale.com/college-salary-report-2014/majors-that-pay-you-back）。这就意味着你提前五年达到高于行业平均薪水，在美国属于Winner，非常好。
在我看来你的没有归宿感等等complain，落到最后就是两个：老婆和绿卡，尤其是绿卡。
北美很多男人和你一样，都曾经非常彷徨：工作上的瓶颈，生活上的性压抑，绿卡遥遥

恩，看你这么执着的问，那我就说说吧。
这事儿是这样的。reddit之前有 digg, reddit只是小弟而已。后来，digg做得好好的
，看facebook火了，就去模仿facebook了。结果，让reddit钻了空子。一举超过了digg.
所以说，不是美国人上reddit, 是美国人上digg. 但digg三心二意，自己把持不住自己
的niche, 好高骛远，总是看到grass is always greener on the other side of the
fence. 最后，拱手把social news这个老大的牌位给了digg了。
上面我说的，不是我自己分析的，是我听podcast啥的，老美分析说的。reddit的
founder好像是。
Anyway, 我的意思是，你不要去看人家做啥了，你就想跟风儿。
写这个帖子，等于也是给我提个醒，就是说：多研究成功的business，看他们是怎么做
的。所有成功的business, 都是坚持自己的方向的，而不是说朝三暮四的。否则，最后
就是个四不像。

无数机构，包括五星专业股评，意见都直接相左，所以更不要提小散，对立意见都是正
常的。不过看着基金代表复述musk的远景目标，觉得musk的洗脑工作做得好赞。
补充几点：
1.
估值不外乎 增长股和价值股，以及权重后的综合。目前靠高增长率，如果增长率低，
将会支撑不住股价。哪怕是近期没有上涨空间，游资还待在那里做什么？ 资本逐利将
踏歌而赶去下一个热点。
那么高增长率是客观的吗？ 是，也不是。去年最后一个季度的财报是拿来和一年前的
比。
如果是和第三季度，第二季度，或者第一季度比，那就不是很好看了。选择性呈现。五
月二日新的财报要出来，大家拭目以待
2. 政府补贴问题
补贴这个扭曲了正常市场竞争
现在一辆譬如1万，补贴假设10万辆，就是10亿美元。补贴金额，及数量有政策风险。
到了50万辆，都补贴 一万就是 50亿美元，可能吗？之前救整个行业就算了，单独给
musk一家，说不过去的。
会有别的行业的压力，别的汽车公司不给？那么这个耗资100+亿美元就为特斯拉一家
不给骂死？

对没来的那个东西包含的信息量可能是最多的。
money is veil，忘掉成本，什么都是空谈。100万新币的房子是香
港同值实用面积的1-2倍。
你如果了解香港，很多话题都好谈，吵两句没啥，沟通一下就好
了。不过我的观点是对于不了解香港的，来之前多了解这里的缺
