人会跳？我是不跳的。。这个问题其实蛮现实的，还是颇有一些lab能保证这个产出的

了的再放出去几次，带配偶出去酒店报销不打折。如果还有钱，再加上报销个周末酒店
住宿（如果可行，或者哪怕多报销一天也行）。或者干脆送去合作实验室培训几个月，
报销住行。不想学术的可以去其他会，比如nature jobs每年在伦敦开会，我要不是知
道得太晚写毕业论文今年肯定去了。

Dulac前几年有做genome imprinting, 跟genomics挂点关系。
在医学院至少有Michael Greenberg。不是做neural science领域的，对很多医学院的
实验室不太熟悉，应该有很多不错的选择。 |

发帖数: 587 | 33 PhD第五年了要张罗毕业考虑未来了，所以来请教下各位前途选择问题。
我研究方向以及未来的兴趣倒是蛮确定的，就是medical genomics。 我具体是在
neurology系做神经疾病的基因组学，生物信息；简单来说就是寻找neurological
disorder的致病相关的genetic variants；以及找到的variants的深层的分子机制。
所以我具体的training，一方面是bioinformatics相关的计算机的东西以及human
genetics/genome science; 另外一方面则是由此引申出的epigenetics, splicing等等
基因调控的基础生物的东西，所以也做了很多传统的实验。当然了，老板是MD，实验室
主题是neurology，所以自然也了解一些神经相关的东西。
所以我的优势是方向比较热，而且我涉及的范围挺广的。但优势也是劣势，那就是我不
精通某个小方向，比如，相对于专业的bioinformatician我算半路出家远不如他们，当
然对于一般zero 计算经验的同学我还是要强的多，至少有很多分析NGS数据的经验。还

看了chib and greenberg的文章，我对一次sample所有参数有了感性认识。但是对bloc
k by block update还是有问题。这样做每次的conditional distribution由于conditi
onal on的参数不同，都是应该是不同的函数。怎么肯定会converge呢？一个函数conve
rge还好理解，怎么理解一个family的函数一起converge？
当然我可能是杞人忧天了，应该有大牛做过理论证明的。纯粹是我的心理不好接受。请
