is age adjusted. My age graded result is 20 minutes, and my 50 year
colleague finished side by side with me was graded below 19 minutes.

今天跑了个 tempo，5迈 40：10，一查age grade：60.85！ 高兴啊，总算及格了，呵
呵。
顺便报下今天跑爽了，前两迈jog，然后发现一个学校的跑道开放，进去跑，第一次跑
塑胶跑道，比跑路舒服太多了，就一高兴跑了个tempo，呵呵，觉得自己比一年前快了
很多，说明LHR有效，哈，而且forefoot landing感觉确实跑的更快。
跑完 tempo继续jog，一共跑了17.5迈，两小时53分钟，感觉不错，speedwork和long
run同时完成。 |

还有一个back的camera被刮坏了...但是那台机子当时还有7-8个月的保修。而且当时那
个机子，可以用卡贴解锁，所以不忍心退回去。后来我拿到apple store去换了一个新
的back...然后顺便让apple store的人，帮忙检测了一下机子，电池啥的都挺好。

This is a stupid comment. I explained to the cowokers that as long as the
beam seat is level and the substructure is vertical, there is no so-called
longitudinal component of he dead load. Stupid coworker does not agree and
keeps saying the bridge will slide due to the steep grade, and he thinks

San Jose, CA on Automation Pkwy) had the "choice" grade out on display, I
asked the butcher if he had any "prime" grade, he checked in the back and
