去年11月做体检时糊涂医生没有做gonorrhea 尿检。17年4月初看见本版一位爆绿的有
类似情况，没有等到RFE就主动提交了尿检报告，然后在没有RFE的情况下直接爆绿。
USCIS的网站在4月11号之前的确是允许主动提交尿检报告的：If we receive a Form I
-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record that is signed on
or after August 1, 2016, and the form does not contain the gonorrhea
screening results (if required), we will send a request for evidence (RFE)

专业均在Technology Alert List 上。
自从15年5月后我们的case就掉进extended review的大黑洞里，基本上保持着每两个月
SR一次的频率骚扰USCIS。去年7月收到面试通知，9月面试主要围绕DY问题问了40多分
钟。面试2个月后case先被转到CSC,几天后又转回TSC。11月底收到RFE尿检，两周后寄
回RRFE，一直到2月2号主申请人被approve了，昨天收到卡。到今天副申请人还是没有
消息，求祝福。
在这里给还在等待的战友们提个醒，体检报告没有尿检结果的，可能不需要等RFE，可
以自己主动提交supplement。这样的好处是说不定可以trigger IO动一下你的case。详

RFE今天来了,说我体检表格里缺gonorrhea test -- 从2016年8月1日起都要做
gonorrhea test（淋病?）。
我的医生是2016年7月29号填完表并签字的，日期是7/29。我8月8号才收到表格，签字
并写了8月8号的日期。USCIS 说体检表以医生签字日期为准(USCIS considers a Form
I-693 complete on the date the civil surgeon signs it; the new gonorrhea
component applies to all I693 reports completed on or after August 1, 2016)
，可是RFE里说 我的表格是8月8号完成的。所以，这是不是USCIS看错了？也就是说我
其实不需要做gonorrhea test?
（离我最近的一个civil surgeon 在单程一个半小时以外，去年体检特别折腾，两个月
才做好，当时来版上求教过，真的不想再去了）

于移民局新的尿检要求, 想问问做过的朋友, 你们的I693上医生是怎么填写的?
我今天看到我的I693表上, 医生在Remarks里面写了, "Gonorrhea, Condition B", 尿
检结果是negative. 我理解的是应该写 "No condition A or condition B". 我跟他们
argue, 他们扔给我一张纸, 说医生就是follow这张纸上的信息. 我看了下是CDC的要求.

具体尿检项目，就不懂了，得靠医生了。
你可以提醒医生做test，但是不要通过在这里学到的指导医生

1月31日RFE 体检，Gonorrhea。2月7号左右收到纸质RFE。 我们2016年7月份做的体检
，拿到体检表后没仔细检查，没注意到医生的最后一个签名是8月4日。医生说8月初他
没有接到USCIS的邮件，还是他的医生朋友告诉他新增了尿检，又重新把整个体检表做
了一遍。
转了60个包子到版上，麻烦版主发了。

到现在还没有动静。看大家的经验NSC好像RRFE后就很快绿了，我们等了一个多月了，
不知道是不是因为第二次RFE的问题。RFE2的信USCIS 11月就寄出来了，我们收到了
soft copy。在notice上说会把I-693表寄还给我们，让医生加上gonorrhea的结果再寄
回去。结果表格寄到了律师那里，并且他们一直没找到。所以12月初我们以为表格丢了
，就让医生重新准备了一份I-693寄给了USCIS。现在律师又说找到了我们当时的I-693(
12/27/16)，并寄给了我们，让我们找医生update再寄回去，搞得很晕。。不知道是不
是应该让医生再改一遍。。医生也有点concern说不知道寄两份表会不会不好。这种情
况打电话给USCIS或Infopass咨询有用吗？

很早降级，很早RFE，结果中间折腾无数。最后还有两次RRFE是因为律师开始找不到寄
回来的体检表，我们让医生重新file一份，然后律师又找到了。。我们又让医生在原件
上改了一个份加上gonorrhea的，2月1号又重新寄去。。
期间sr, infopass, 议员都做过，基本都没用。众议员file了两次request都没有得到
回音，两个（加州）参议员根本没理。最后一次SR是2月6号file的，22号回信说还在
under review，然后23号早上说22号已经approve了。。uscis真是一本烂账。。
