欢figure 8 to a hold 这个动作。
我的感觉最深的是jerk，dragon twist再配合power breath对出拳速度和力量的帮助。
前段时间在一个同事家party,它在屋顶上吊了一heavy bag，我一拳打得感觉整个屋都
在晃，进步非常可观。

其实8月底开始就有点不舒服了，9月一直没怎么练力量，有所好转，不怎么疼了。昨天
做push up，肘部的疼痛突然又回来了。我刚google了一下，应该是golfer's elbow，
症状非常典型，就是手肘内侧的关节处酸痛难忍，做extension的时候格外明显，有时
还能听到crack。
treatment好象主要是休息 冰敷和吃止痛片，网上有点辅助的拉伸训练，刚做了做，的
确有感觉，再就是建议用elbow straps。
不知道大家平时怎么做weights的？是不是都要用护肘？如果是的话，有没有什么讲究
？我打算去弄一对elbow strap来用，想听听大家的意见。。。谢谢！ |

发帖数: 73 | 10 这个其实去年或者前年就开始出现，没在意，而且这一年没有锻炼。昨天做push up，
这种疼痛再次出现。一般的运动中出现的常见疼痛，我一般都能自己查到，自己诊断，
然后进行有效的恢复，但是这个我查了一下，更加糊涂。
首先是golfer elbow，确实是肘关节内侧痛，但是位置一般就在肘关节附近甚至往下，
而不是肘关节往上。
其次是tricep tendonitis，确实是在肘关节上面一点的背部，但是看了bodybuilding
一类的论坛，貌似又都在比较当中的位置，而不是靠内侧。
我昨天自己摸了一下，能摸到很酸痛的一根nerve或者肌肉束，我不太确定，自己用手
捏捏压压很酸痛，也很酸爽，所以我又去查了ulnar never一类的运动损伤，可还是不
能确定。
有大虾有撒经验的？基本就是做俯卧撑的时候巨痛，然后位置在肘关节背面（后面）上
面一点靠内侧（身体侧）的地方。

following: the first number 68.2 tells you how hard the course is in relation
to par, i.e., if you are scratch golfer(0 handicapper), you should be shooting

about course playing, and it takes a lifetime to become a golfer as good as

customer fitting is always good, no matter for pros or beginner.
sometimes, beginners need more customlization than pros.
so, if u think it's affordable, go for it and it's good for your game.
接下来是我个人的见解，我为什么到现在也没去做customilized fitting，我不知道是不
是那么make sense还是我在走冤枉路。希望不是啦。
golf是一项很precise的game。它的precise建立在swing时body control在每次都有很少
的变化。
而customized fitting很多是建立在golfer体形，flexibity, swing speed而找出的一个
答案。比如为客户选择合适的loft, lie, shaft length。
但对于初学者,稳定的swing绝对是小概 |

game. it is true that many of us do not handle pressure as well as those
professionals, but most of us are mature enough that we won't ruin our
friendship over such small win/loss. mood is a function of how one handles

t fit the individual. it's not about the feeling, it's about the capability.

近期的2次打球，虽然没对我显示啥不尊敬的，我打得比他们好多了，但就是不习惯他

该球场是一个近5800 YARDS PAR 68的 9 HOLE球场。
挺起来挺酷吧，实际上LAYOUT了9个HOLE， 但双重TEE BOXES，这样从不同的TEE 打2遍
就是个18 HOLES球场。
维护的还不错，应该也算比较难的，除了每个PAR4 PAR5 都不长外。
我都是用4 IRON TEE OFF。 租来的DRIVER AND FAIRWOODS太不好用。
最后，我们每人付了380的GREEN FEE， 120的租用费和最后50的小费。
还跑出去买了60的球。
建议各位GOLFER出门怎么也把球，手套，TEE等带上，即使带不成球杆。 |
