go to a typical country club where u will run into 200+ golfers, most of
them would have played at least 6-7 years and still shoot in the 90s or 100s
. only a minority of golfers shoot in the 80s or better.

from the pro. his explaination is that he doesn't have enough time to

我认识一60多岁韩国小老板,挥杆的姿势无比难看. 上杆和下杆要经过N个平面,动作机械得象机器人. DRIVER的距离不超过170码. 问他差点,回说是10. 我开始自然不信,看他练球,居然他能指那打那儿,超准. 这样算来,也许有可能.
另外,还认识一韩国MM. 告诉我她的差点系数是1.2,可以BEAT魏圣美. 她的挥杆象职业球手,不过6号铁也就140码. 特点也是稳和准. 所以,如果能做到这两点,成绩便可观了.

and tear. also too much nerve inside and near the spine to be messed.
spine pain is different from muscle/tendon pain, golfer may feel fine in the

of all male golfers are better than 15 handicap. based on my personally
experience, among all of my friends and acquintances who have every shot 70
something, most of them started young. only a very small percentage of golfers
who started after 20 year old ever broke 80 (par 72 of course).

with the senior PGA tour member.
They usually teach at driving range.
Golf is a very hard game. I would say at least 1-2 month practice before you
go to some easy 9-hole par 3 courses. As for standard 18 hole course, you
should at lease practice half a year and take another session of lessons
after you have some sense during your practice. Well, it all depends, you
might quicker learner and gifted golfer :)

look, we're not talking about pga or usga amatuer champion levels of golfers

and balls, do you think old guys like Kenny ever had a chance in competing
against the young guys? Tiger is probably the only golfer that trains, works
, and builds like an athlete. I think that is why he is so popular in
raising the popularity of the "sports" of golf :)
and BTW, I watched plenty of golf, much longer than I care to admit. Can't
say the same on playing golf though, and still a very lousy golfer :( |

这本书我推荐大家读一下。是世界上销量最大的一本高尔夫读物吧。
很好，很有故事性，也讲了很多高尔夫的小tips.
读完这本书，再加上大家的聪明才智（其他事情上移到高尔夫上），再加上点练习是的
self-displined，我认为大家都能提高很快。
看完这本书，我相信大家也能更加appreciate texas golfers。 特别是我的师傅randy
petri
这里harvey Penick's讲了故事，有个曾经的scratch golfer，离开他4-5年后，来见ha
rvey，说他现在的水平就是4 handicap，他要harvey想办法让他回到scratch的水平。h
arvey问你一周打几次呀。这位回答说，就1次下场。
harvey说我没法帮你，达到scratch需要练习，你没时间练习就只能停留在你没法练习的
水准。
我觉得比较有道理。

from tee box, until you reach 200 yard from green
for 122 par3, similiar, move 80 yard back from tee box

I, too, play both sports even though not as good as Aff.(USTA 3.5 at my best
and currently beginner golfer high handicap).
A few things I noted:
Total population: tennis has bigger crowd
Age distribution: tennis is on the young side while golf is on the older
side
Transition: lots of people started in tennis then gradually move to golf as
they get older. At the same time, they bring their experience in tennis play
into golf (myself an example)
