那是在 4月30日说的。
不过 Citigroup 这个分析师的时间点更好（$44)。
他曾说过今年底油价是 $60-65. 让我们拭目以待。
石油在 $43 有个支持, 45左右买入都是好价钱。
我不建议买 USO, 可以买 ETF, XLE, or XOP.
