searching a camper Saturday, he never thought it would land him in hot
water.
But when all was said and done, the executive director of the B.C. Civil

"但中国在日本接受外国援助的名单上排名4级，即使不与排在1级的美国比，接受顺序
也很低。外务省积极推动，也只把中国从4级提为3.5级。
"《朝日新闻》引述日本官员透露说，开放给外国救援队降落的青森县三泽机场是朝鲜
战争中的美军后方基地，现在仍属日美联合管理，对中国救援队军人队员降落三泽机场
日美有抵触。
