住在东岸时曾经多次探访过华盛顿DC，最喜欢它樱花盛开的春和层林尽染的秋。这个月
中旬去DC开会4天，是离开东岸后第4次去那里出差，抓住了秋的尾巴。
因为公务在身，业余时间有限，再加上多次探访过DC，因此，此行没有游览任何一个博
物馆，而将有限的业余时间用于跑步赏景了。在那4天中跑过3条不同路线：（1）从下
榻的华盛顿希尔顿宾馆（Washington Hilton）出发，沿着康州大道（Connecticut
Avenue）跑到17街，从17街右转到宪法大道（Constitution Avenue）理围绕着
National Mall and Parks及其邻近地区跑了半马（13.1英里，21.1公里）；（2）从下
榻的宾馆出发，沿着康州大道跑到使馆区（Embassy Row），然后跑到Rock Creek Park
；（3）从下榻的宾馆出发，沿着康州大道，穿过Georgetown区域，沿着Potomac River

首先声明：我其实比较烦“攻略”之类的东西。我认为，宁可少去几个地方，但每去一
个地方都用心感受，比蜻蜓点水地去很多地方、留下一堆“到此一游”的照片要强得多
。另外，我个人的兴趣是自然景色、野生动物以及历史人文，当然我会侧重于这些方面
；如果你感兴趣的是游乐场、购物天堂，可以就此打住。
怎么定义“远足”呢？我曾经一口气开到波士顿、佛蒙特，甚至多伦多，还有一次开到
了西海岸（不过不是一口气，而是几口气）。如果把这些算作“远足”，那就止不住了
。所以我想还是现实一点比较好，这样也能将篇幅控制一下。那就暂且定义为离华盛顿
开车大约不超过四个钟头吧！这样的话，如果你精力旺盛，可以当天回来；当然如果有
一个长周末的话就更加从容了。
那我就从东面开始顺时针绕一圈吧！华盛顿正东面有马里兰首府安纳波利斯（
Annapolis）。严格说来，它离华盛顿不超过一个钟头，我应该把它列入“周边”一节
；不过反正不是写学术论文，马虎一点算了。Annapolis不仅是马里兰首府，曾一度还

DC，向北到费城，再向北，到纽约，然后是瀑布，也就差不多了。
精力允许且老人对“历史”遗迹有兴趣的话，可以从费城向西，到Valley Forge
National Historical Park和GETTYSBURG NATIONAL MILITARY PARK转转，看看美国本
土这两场战争的痕迹。
假如只去西部，那沿着加州1号路，走到头转s101，从南加一路上去，也挺好。 |

my guess is that, at the begining of 2011, APs ordered too much Gettysburg/
Glacier, i meant, "too much", expecting a good sell like the 2010 ones. but
the sales turn out very bad, so the APs ordered the other 3 way less than
the first 2. I think this can be seen from the MINT sales report. So, APMEX
sells them expensive. my observation is that APMEX want to clear the
inventory of the first 2, so during the IRS event, Gu/Ga were sold for 175(

匹兹堡，也行吧。里匹兹堡开车两个小时的地方有个小镇，迄今还没通手机信号。上次
和一个朋友约好在那里见面，怎么也没法联系。匹兹堡往北到伊利湖边有个城市，有湖
有赌场，景色不错。再往东开一段就到了Gettysburg, 当年打仗的地方，死了不少人，
