我给个summary:有人反驳我，觉得近几年房子本来增值了，现在收税只不过少赚一点。
我要说的是这个policy不合理，如果合理，我也会支持的。现在说要打击的是倒房子的，
不是说对投资房全面收税。这种收法误伤的更多的是老百姓。
说是对自住房转卖不收税，但是如果升级自住房呢？多数人会先买一套新的，再考虑卖掉
旧的，那样的话旧的就变成投资房要收税了。如果这个旧房子是动迁后升级的，增值的部
分几乎等于房价。这部分现在就是空白。不能光想着收税，不为老百姓着想，把policy
制定的全面合理点。
还有，20%在统计学上是如何制定出来的呢？以倒房子为生的和有1套投资房子的老百姓
应该一视同仁么？更不能强制老百姓之能拥有一套房子撒。

发帖数: 6126 | 45 还记得薯条妈刚来美国的时候没有车，同系的师兄师姐带我去买菜。问他们一般早饭吃
啥，都告诉我说牛奶泡麦片（cereal）。于是薯条妈也买了一大袋cereal~然后天天早
上泡牛奶。那会儿牛奶还是习惯喝温热的，一泡上麦片，全软了，一点儿也不好吃。后来
发现美国室友是用冰牛奶泡麦片的，试了一下，脆香脆香的，真不错~但是超市常见的
那些cold cereal，大多是精细碳水做的，即使某些号称粗粮，也是加工过度了的，好
不到哪儿去，都不怎么顶饿。直到我发现一种叫做“granola”的东西，以及外观看起
来非常接近的“muesli”。两者都是燕麦片，各种果仁和水果干的混合物。差别呢，就
是granola是烤过的，而muesli则没有。有意思的是，granola最初的时候其实是一个生
产此类cereal的商品标识（在现在的澳大利亚，它仍然是注册商标呢！）后来慢慢变成
了此类cereal的代称。去超市随便转转，都能发现有各种口味的granola做成的cereal
，以及用granola为原料制成的各种bar，方便食用，是非常高效的迅速补充能量的食物。

We are in a mountain town. We don't go to trail in forests in spring or
early summer. I think ticks are more active/deers are close to human
activity area at that time.
Once you get bite, ask doctors to remove the whole tick (this is extrimely
important)off you. And you can get medicine on time. This is fine.
If you don't find the tick on time, you will see a red ring (check online)

babies, their immune system haven't completed yet, germs will make them sick

关于wipes，
wipes 只能擦掉表面浮土，污垢。要能够真正清洁，需要用温水，用肥皂，洗手15秒钟
（包括手指间，指甲缝），然后擦干。缺一不可。
当小朋友身体的germ 和外界germ 平衡了，就不生病了。放在无菌室里长大的孩子，一
旦离开无菌环境，一定会生病，因为没有抗体。
其实，我一直有洁癖。 直到有了自己的小朋友。以前掉在桌子上的东西都不吃，现在
看着小朋友把地上掉了几天的东西塞到嘴里，才明白干净的含义。
所以，为什么要洗手呢？怎么洗手呢？
还是按照老师教的，饭前便后就好。以前看见美国人一边打bowling 一边吃pizza，觉
得不可思议，想想人家也没有生病哈。 |

吃了。说有GERMS。。。奶奶的气得我不理她。过会儿人饿了。跑回来要吃的，GERMS不
GERMS的都不CARE了， 有啥吃啥。洗手也是。如果不饿，没啥事。可以洗上几分种。还
用小刷子把每个NAIL刷刷。 要是饿了。手沾个水星就跑出来吃饭了 |
