当前的活动，好像在ibm epp上可以以17% off的折扣买T400，算下来折了26%，算下来
也没见比国内水货便宜。
牢骚发完，还请版上大牛指点我几个问题，非常感谢
1. 这算不算是划算的活动？ 还是应该继续持币观望？不知道加拿大大约什么时候会有
更好的呢？
2. 我看美国cpp spp上的价格比这个便宜好多啊，不甘心，有什么办法能从那里买到呢
？比如代购，或是让美国朋友给我寄，会不会被征关税？
3. 我选集成显卡的最低配置，有那几个配件是值得在官网升级的呢？ 比如8800的U比
8600提升很多？
试着配了一下，T400下面的配置折下来含税（我这里税是5%）要 1047加元，也就是
1000美元左右
