需要做的项目：
1. 画图＋Permit。我自己会画基本的设计，但是需要找设计师画成能申请permit的图
纸。
2. 敲三面墙，总长约25 feet。墙内有水电，也需要拆掉。
3. 封一面外墙（原来是sliding door）长约10 feet，需要 insulation，一面内墙（
原来也是sliding door）建两堵内墙，总长约25 feet，开一个门洞。
4. 拆掉8个cabinet，装4-5个。
5. 重铺200 sqft的地板，准备用比较好的石头。
6. 原有厕所，拆掉一个洗手池，一个浴缸，装一个洗手池，上下水基本都是现成。
full bath --> half bath
7. 新增一个full bath，只需新建一堵墙，但是要走上下水，距离现有下水道大约15
feet，现有冷水管很近，热水准备用独立的instant热水器。
8. 拆掉一个旧 Deck，装一个新的。
9. 铲掉一块草坪，铺水泥。

a fellow Chinese player from my same university was
permanently banned from OKB.
For ki's case, I think Jeff and co's report is good for the
general health and ethics of online games. I knew at least
half of the committees very well but I don't care about the
way they present the case, place the charge and particularly
the way they judge others.

俺是持不同观点的。
俺2003开始玩spinning，2006开始玩BC，据俺有限的知识和经验打个比方：
BC如果是个钳子，spinning就像带钳子的多功能工具，上面钳子的功能也许不如单个的
钳子强大，但是钳子是干不了改锥的活的。
大家各有所爱我能理解，就像有的人开车赶路，有的人要越野，有的人就是纯玩车，啥
车好当然想法不一样。海钓的牛牛如果说once go conventional，you will be save.
我也能理解。
然则这个坛子新手众多，潜水新手也多，（虽然这帮子家伙看贴不回帖非常可恶，）
给他们一个开放的视界和多元的信息还是很必要的。
如果一个常来潜水的新手Once go BC, never go back----- never fishing anymore.

complaint.结果一天后就更新到了下一站. 不知真去查了还是巧合?
以前我打电话去问USPS,他们推说海关可能扣着,但我打到NY海关,他们说挂号信不太可
能扣,而且显示过了ISC NY,明显通过了海关.

imply "It is not too bad, or "还可以" "还过得去". I feel that the part
following the "but" could be the real opinion while "generally positive" is
just for politeness and formality.
It is just my two cents, which could be quite wrong. How to interpret it
crucially depends on the context and your specific situation. |

positive".
Moreover there is nothing substantial in the part following the word "but".
So I don't think you have to worry too much. Just cross your fingers and
