，个别副总裁为免遭解雇，不得不同意被降级留用。公司某些部门甚至被要求削减100

Next day job interview，大学图书馆都有E BOOK， 很短，可以给没面试过的同学一
个大概概念。 Iserson’s getting into residency, 很详细，尤其是QUESTIONS方面
，我认真看了下。
麦地总结的IV 问题。
服装：
BOTTOM LINE IS 没人在乎你穿什么，只要别是穿奇装异服、看起来干净整齐就行。普
通的SUIT就行，女生裙子裤子都可，黑蓝灰。拿什么包也无所谓，我还看到有拿开会发
的免费编织袋去面试的。头发整齐，别化浓妆，少带首饰，低跟鞋。
准备：
我列了十几个问题，把自己的思路/答案写下来，斟酌一下。和LD练习了一下，他提了
他的建议，两个人商量着又改了改，然后再练习一下。
写下10几个要问FACULTY和RESIDENTS的问题，都是很俗的问题。
经验：
眼科的面试大概是6、7个FACULTY加CHIEF轮番1 ON 1 面试， 15-20 MIN/EACH, 非常轻

是put him on his left lateral position OR move all equipment/furniture/stuff
around him
去年问了一个老师这个问题，那个老师回答说: always think about ABC
今天另外一个老师说: 需要把边上的东西都搬走哦..
我想,如果问题问得比较清楚,比如说病人同时有secretion,那毫无疑问是先处理airway
, 但是我见到的相关题目都说得很简单,就是general seizure发作了,你先做啥.., 唉,
总觉得是很不professional 的问题,却还是经常出现.
另外有个很好的老师告诉我们,很多RN问题会有either "smoking" or "smoker"的选项,
99%会是正确答案.另外,如果有选项是"cheese" related, 也经常是正确选项.这是很好
的strategy, 但是也需要大家读清楚题干先.. |

化学能把无机翻译成Chem I 吗？ 保险起见我还是去社区大学修Chemistry好了，人家
还不take 国内的成绩单，估计ChemI and ChemII 都要学。郁闷啊。。。
我已经补修了general biology,american histroy, government, speech, anatomyand
physiology,economics, sociology15个学分了，就是因为大学成绩单上没有这种基本
课。我想最近赶紧把这个问题搞清楚，8月多fall semester就要开始了， 要选课就要
加紧enroll了。。。。

从前的事已经过去了，有不少都已模糊不清了，可也有不少虽已过去很久，可还历
历在目，难已忘怀。我出生在攀枝花的会理镍矿，那时那里的代号是９０１，那里
是山区。只因为那里有镍矿，才得以被冠上代号。那时的事许多都已只记得一些片
段了，不过那些片段却是不少，最让我觉得自豪的是我上山砍柴，一个人把一根直
