现在是Robbins Geller这家律所对Netflix提起集团诉讼。如果这家律所最终成为Lead
counsel。那么受损的stock purchaser所需要做的就是联系Robbins Geller，让他们把
你放到Contact list里面去。一旦案子胜诉或和解，你将自动得到一笔赔偿金。你不需
要做任何工作，因为大的股东一般已经作为class representative代替你诉讼了。如果
你对结果不满意，你也可以选择opt out，自己再单独起诉。但小股东很少这样做。
其实一旦诉讼file上去，你已经自动成为集团诉讼的一员了。如果你是通过Broker交易
，可能Broker会通知你领取赔偿金。但很多网上trading的散户，甚至是institutional

据海外网7日报道，英国教育刊物《泰晤士高等教育》（THE）于9月5日公布了2018年“
世界大学排名”。在前200名之内，日本只有东京大学（第46位）和京都大学（第74位
）上榜。日本大学的论文数量和论文被引用次数都在减少，渐渐被世界所“抛弃”。
日媒称，日本大学的国际竞争力“江河日下”。而同日本形成鲜明对比的是中国，《泰
晤士高等教育》也表示“中国现在已有2所大学进入世界排名前30名”、“正赶超欧美
一流大学”，对中国的飞跃发展十分惊叹。

据日本careerconnection网站报道，5年前，东京大学世界排名第23位，但上上次下降
到第43位，上次好不容易回升至第39位，本次又滑落到历史排名最低的第46位。京都大

denounce what they call offensive anti-Islamic ads that will appear on 10
buses for the next month in San Francisco.
The ads were paid for by the American Freedom Defense Initiative and feature
