URBANA - Urbana police have located a man believed to be responsible for the
death of his estranged girlfriend in Urbana Friday.
Urbana police Lt. Bryant Seraphin said officers were called shortly after 11

WeilangWang，音译)因涉嫌强奸被警方拘留。然而，王称，由于语言障碍，自己被拘留

据“马萨诸塞州生活网”(Mass Live)19日报道，现年19岁的王被控犯有一项强奸

习班、凑活动经验上了藤校也是去给牛娃当分母做尾巴去了，也许不如去一州校帮助大

因为这个指的不是need based financial aid。
而且这个“need based”实际上非常宽松。家庭收入少于六万五，分文不用交。
家庭收入十五万的，付10%的学费。即使家庭收入超过十五万，仍然可以收到need
based aid。
平均来说，包括tuition, room, board, and fees在内，接受financial aid
的家庭每年需要自己出一万二。
这都是哈佛自己的数据。所以对大多数家庭来说，四年哈佛的花费不倒五万。如果真
的有三十万的529，那还真不好办，除非又读医学院法学院之类的。

这位名叫金西萍(Xiping Jin，译音)的中国留学生，自2004年9月到2006年8月间，就读多伦多诺克斯学院(Knox College)，之后回到中国居住，直到2008年5月再度回到加国就读。2008年9月，她在美国水牛城(Buffalo)递件，申请“加拿大经验”类别移民，但移民部以她未在申请前住满一年的规定，拒绝她的移民申请案。
金西萍随后提出司法复核，指加拿大宪报未清楚记载，有关申请前住满一年，究竟是否包括国际学生早前在加就读时间，而移民部也未向申请人解释清楚，认为据此拒绝她的移民申请并不合理。
联邦法院法官在去年12月3日的判决中指出，加拿大宪报以英、法语在第一部分规定，国际学生申请“加拿大经验”类别移民，需在申请前连续全职工作一年。原告指移民部官员未向申请人解释清楚，以及应将国际学生早前在加就读时间计入，依法没有理据，决定将司法复核驳回。
