ab型的那个可不可能是由两个人组成的? 在母代腹中时两个胚胎合起来了。 产生
gametes的那半个人是o型的，其他身体部位的那半个人是ab的。也可以是半个a型血(ao
)的和半个b型血(bo)的胚胎合起来的，验血时同时有a和b的receptors，但是产生的
gamete正好是o。
然后有o的egg和o的sperm碰到一起产生了o的zygote吧。
从ab变异到o好像极不可能。 |

frequency 应该很低, 除非一个种群有inbreeding 或者 consanguinity；SHOX1 在
pseudoautosomal region, 不受 X inactivation 影响 gametes 生成时会有X/Y cross
-over, 我觉得大概是CHB里的一个variants, 因为大部分database都主要是欧美人的，
所以可能信息不全，你lg如果是heterozygotes没表型的话，应该fetus有这个dup不是
很严重的事，而且prenatal的CGH array有很大部分都是VOUS就是不知道怎么解释的，
建议你找个Geneticist 问一下。 |
