1. 根据我们家的收入，Federal部分缴15%，另外有3.8%的investment tax，同时新
泽西state tax再加8.98%，这样一共27.8%；为什么我在网上看到的是30.4%（source见
下）？怎么算出来的？这个是我最终需要缴纳的总百分比数吗？

具体是这样，我把我在scottrade上面的股票全部转给我在国内的亲戚（他也有
scottrade账号）。这样如果他直接卖了，产生了capital gain会不会对我征税？

发帖数: 27 | 5 我的W2的box14有一项nqst，我算了一下，这是包括了我espp的15%的discount和
capital gain，并且
这部分数额被加到了W2的gross pay里面了。举个例子：
总共100股，价格$10, 然后我以$8.5买入，过几天以$12卖掉
NQST这项有（12-8.5）*100=350，然后被加到W2的总收入里面去了。
然后我收到的1099B是这样：
proceed：12*100=1200，
cost basic: 8.5*100=850
gain: 1200-850-350
也就是说，如果我直接导入w2和1099b，那么这350会被计算两次！
我google了一下，一般人都是说只有compensate（1.5*100=150）才会被算到w2里面
而1099B还是跟我上面列举的一样，所以只要把cost basic改成
850+1.5*100=1000，就好了。
我然道要把cost basic改成
850+350=1200 ？？？
这样这个1099B不就没用了？
有没有人情况跟我一样啊？？？
或者有人知道怎么弄才对吗？ |

TCL)可以互相抵消把
2. 我记得看到过有人提过LTCG的税率比较低，是15%?这个是联邦加州税一共15%吗？是
不是LTCG跟其他收入分开算的？
3. 假如LTCG只交15%的税，是不是把它的15%交了，它就不再算入taxable收入了？否则
算进去，收入增加，税率增加，岂不是要交额外的税?
4. 假设我有从去年转过来10K刀的STCL，手头上还有一些股票，准备今年卖掉，可以有
20K刀的LTCG，我能不能不用这个STCL去抵消那个LTCG，而是用STCL去降低TAXABLE INC

我的考虑是，我的那3000块STCL留给TAXABLE 收入，税率大概33%。

那些华尔街拿巨额bonus的，以及靠股票套现的，都应该加重税。华尔街发bonus这种行
为根本就应该禁止。玩股票的，钱应该永远在股市里，禁止拿出来。因为套现的行为本
身就对经济不利。而且现在美国债务危机，政府大量印钞票。普通人想买点黄金保值，
可是黄金capitcal gain的税收却那么高，太不合理了。至少股票获益的税收和黄金获
益的税收应该放在同等水平。 |

i don't understand why
i worked out 5 times a week except for the thanksgiving vacation(6 days).
4.5 miles run (around 50 mins) or 1 hour cycling class plus some weight
training.
i don't have a calorie controlled diet but my diet did not change over the
past 3 months and i was able to at least maintain or even lose some weight
previously.

关于transfer function 我是这么推导的，见附图
Gain boosted amplifier在这里的作用就是把gm2提高了(AGE+1)倍
所以在表达式中与普通cascode 不同的地方就是多了一个(AGE(S)+1)
这个+1的部分就create another zero, 但是这个transfer function所表示出来的
Non-dominate poles 分别是the output of the gain boosted amplifier(V2)和node
v1，
这就与另外一个pole需要和zero在一起的假设相矛盾。
我不太明白我这样推倒错在什么地方，我分别看了2002年的一篇tcas 和berkeley的
lecture video,
都有相似的结果。
至于我说把gm3/c3 push到high frequency上面，这个当然要具体问题具体分析，越往
外推越好。

0.5um intrinsc gain也有100吧了，cascode 1-2次那就是上万了。

现在看也没有gain peaking.
我的phase dipping到37度，不过这个数字也不算太坏吧。
phase margin没到45度，不过也应该不是什么大问题，毕竟是corner。

建了一个LOGISTIC 的MODEL， C=0.7。在我们的MODEL 中算是挺高的啦。 但是gain
chart的面积,就是accumulative response% 和random response 两条线的面积不大，
或者说accum response的那个curve比较FLAT 不是C=0.7应有的bell形状。老板咬定肯
定是哪错了！
实在搞不明白 问题出在哪了？ 可能是 sample size 比较小？ N=5K
或是resp rate=43% 接近一半了。但老板咬定说 不管怎样 你的C=0.7那么大 GAIN
CHART的curve应该比较凸的， 一定是哪错了！！
