位于Arriba St.（VONS 对面）的小区里面3B2B的townhouse，其中一间房间出租，与另一房
间的来自中国的UCSD博士男生共同使用一个洗手间， 房间里面有床和电脑桌及柜子等家具，
房东甚至提供床上用品， 单人入住的价格是778/月，夫妇入住的价格是857/月，该费用包括
水电费及网费等公用费用，除了做饭的米油盐之类不包括之外，纸巾和洗衣剂的费用都包括
在内，押金200刀，最早的入住时间在11月13日。
