下面的论文发表的时间，是中国两种转基因水稻一种转基因玉米“终于”获得安全证书
、并引起全国转基因大辩论的时候：2010年2月。
让我们看一下摘要的简单译文（全文未见）：
“用近红外反射法，气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射
光谱法，并以化学计量法研究三种（分别）可抗霉菌病和抗虫的转基因水稻中重要的营
养物质成分组成（按欧共体标准），发现其营养成分组成和物理性状有非预期改变，其
中蛋白质、三种氨基酸、两种脂肪酸、两种维生素及其他数种（微量）元素出现了非预
期的构成变化。差异幅度：氨基酸20-74%，脂肪酸19-38%，维生素25-57%，（微量）元
素20-50%，蛋白质35%；植酸没有显著变化。相比于非转基因水稻，转基因水稻的营养
成分构成和物理性状的非预期改变，可能与基因的转入有关，阐明变化后的作用需要经
过更多研究。”
需要说明的是：这项研究所用的上述几种方法，全都属于常规分析方法，不是专门检测
转基因成分的高新技术，因此这项研究似乎不是针对转基因成分的（网上尚未见全文）

I'll give a real-life example. During Mao's time, the communist China

bad storage condition, molds and fungal inevitably invaded the staple. What
did the state do with the rotten staple? They just handed out, and you
actually had to pay for it :) No free candies. |

you DO NOT diagnose TB by looking at CT scan, CT scan may or may not
differentiate pneumonia from lung mass,
if they diagnosed him with TB infection based on CT scan alone, they
probably saw cavitary lesions, which can be seen in TB infection, but also
in fungal infections or cancers,
you will need positive sputum culture, preferrably obtained from bronchial
washing from bronchoscopy(this will also aid in looking for endobronchial
lesions such as caner), TB takes long time to grow on culture, b |

first of all, just curious how the diagnosis was established, did they use
wood's lamp? did they do a skin biopsy? did they do any other tests such as
looking into whether the patient has thyroid disease or addison's disease?
i guess i'm asking those because of very low confidence toward the medical
care in china in general, wood's lamp exam, for instance, will help you to
tell if it is fungal infection, while skin biopsy can for sure tell the
absence of melanocytes,

include Cortizone-10 (Cortisone), Cortaid (hydrocortisone). Before using
steroid type creams, you need to have a pretty good idea that the lesion is
not caused by infection, such as fungal or bacterial. |

without prescription. Look for products with terbinafine, tolnaftate or
miconazole as the active ingredient.
For the nail there are a few over-the counter products (e.g. Tineacide,

needing a prescription topical or oral medicine. |

lung mycosis (fungal infection). i cannot say for certain because the
pictures are fuzzy. if you can post clear pictures, i can have a better look.
in these kind of conditions, a good read of CT scans gives you a diagnosis
of 95% to 99% certainty, and is sufficient evidence to start treatment. the
doctors (both the radiologists and lung specialists) just need to know how
to properly read CT scans. |

一般尿布疹来得凶去得也快. 涂上对症的尿布疹膏, 两三天就该见效. 如果迟迟不褪,
很有可能就有secondary yeast infection了. 你看看你家宝宝的红疹外围有没有星星
点点的红点? 如果是yeast感染了就要抹anti-fungal药膏+尿布疹膏, 双管齐下. 你去
让医生看看, 医生一般会给你开抗真菌的nystatin; 或者你也可以买OTC的lotrimin,
一样是抗真菌的效果. 抗真菌膏要坚持涂7天.
唉, 话说我也算是对尿布疹研究得透彻了, 什么法子都用过了, 累得不行, 还是经不住
娃儿poopoo多啊, 几乎每块尿布都有poopoo. 放个屁都带一点出来. 红屁股也是此起彼
伏的. 一般就是红个两三天, 好个三四天. 唉....熬吧. |
