首先纠正几个偏见：一般刹车时并不会刹死轮胎（至少不能始终刹死），这样车方向盘
失效，容易失控。其次小车刹车有液压助力，大车有气动刹车，所以人脚踩的力量基本
只是个多级开关信号，基本不用考虑人力量大小。ABS工作原理很复杂，简单的说是轮
流刹死和放开不同车轮，“调制”出一定刹车阻力，对本案例也最好不要加以考虑。另
外刹车距离和刹车时间是两回事，后者还牵扯到反应时间、机械的动作时间等等，这个
考过驾照的都明白，也不多说了。当然不同车的轮子数量、刹车机制都可能不一样，重
卡不一定比小轿刹车更慢，更无法比较。
所以应该只拿最简单的同一辆小车轻载和重载（比如完全没乘客和四个乘客）在平直柏
油路上净刹车距离（从刹车机构动作到车子停稳）的例子来说事。我的看法是对同一辆
车来说，重载（甚至超载）的时候通常刹车距离更长，主要问题在于刹车系统而不是车
轮。分析如下。

从技术上说完全可行。任何人只要愿意随时可以成立一个组织。具体
规定各州不尽
相同，可以到图书馆查阅相关法规，必要时请图书管理员帮助。我手
头只有麻州的
材料，是向一个有此志向的同学借的。因为不劳而获，又不急于立刻
实施，所以未
做仔细研究。可以肯定的是，想成立non-profit, 美国法律不会成为
障碍。
但是做non-profit 和做公司没什么两样，需要投入大量资源。我说
的资源包括时间，
精力，关系，know-how, 乃至始创资金。如同公司生产和销售产品或
服务，非营利
组织也需要进行这两项活动。区别是非营利组织不直接向用户推销产
品，而是向捐
助者(donor or funder) 推销自己的组织或项目，以取得资助。从这
个意义上讲，
市场营销和公共关系作为集资努力的一部分，是相当重要的，需要一

data stream里面插广告，可惜funding不够了，没有engineering resource开发了。所
以在破产之前，利用现有技术，继续语音广告，但是找个partner。不过最后估计还是
坚持不下去。大方向就错了。或者像amazon那样手机系统内嵌，不过那个涉及硬件OEM
partner，小公司不好玩。
funder心理学不行，只会歪门邪道搞free plan噱头。现在社会大部分人真的打电话都
是有正/急事的，根本没耐心折腾广告，而且不稳定。不急的，短信，email，wechat,
fb早就都解决了。 |
