我上次有同样的经历，车从后面被碰了，对方全责，对方的保险公司叫我去指定
bodyshop(这种bodyshop一般都比较正归，XXX Collision Center)股价，650 $左右，但是bodyshop的人说，可能bumper里面的framer也要换，但是他看不出来，650 $得估价是假设frame没有问题的。
我要求fixed, 后来bodyshop人说frame有点变形，也要换，修下来1300多，反正对方全掏。
你得400估价太低，从照片来看frame也会变形，建议get the car fixed.。

我这车当时买就便宜，而且也准备明年毕业，所以觉得修还不如拿钱。
你的车估计比我的好，修好了resale value有保障。
，但是bodyshop的人说，可能bumper里面的framer也要换，但是他看不出来，650 $得

用iku上传，一次可以传很多段，大概三五分钟传完。
然后到优盘编辑，加密码。

目前房子还没有开始盖，所以以后会有继续更新，欢迎有经验的朋友交流或推荐
前言：
来博士屯工作两年了，终于在2014年上半年决定买房，因为在cambridge上班，不知是
不是在北京待时间长了，总感觉城市北边好些。cambridge太贵太老，预算的确不高，
西北直接忽略，买不起，所以看了北边几个town： Arlington, Medford, Malden,
Everett和Revere. Sommerville也看过，主要都是condo，也贵，所以还是放弃了。从5
月份看了3个月single family house，不错的房子还要离MBTA近的都太贵，其他的房子
都有点问题，需要整修。还好我朋友有修过两栋房子的经验，也尝试过给一些offer（
比喊价低，因为的确需要不少钱整修），都没有下文了。今年房价特别高，买房人特别
多，那段时间的确折磨人，每个周末两天都看5-10栋房子。一直计划卖个便宜的，然后
renovation.

的。
将近两个星期了，刚刚完成一层的underfloor，对进度非常不满意，怎么催contractor
快点干都不管用，改变策略，把我tough的一面show给他看看。
今天天气大好，他买undefloor 的plywood居然买了一天的时间，工地里又是没有任何
进展。回到家看到这种情况，非常郁闷的检查他备好的料。嘻嘻，问题随之而来，怎么
？钉子买错了，而且是那种巨大包装的，应该很贵。整整他先。我的subfloor图纸标明
就是一寸厚的，前天又和他强调了一下，结果今天他开始买的还是3/4寸的，幸亏给他
打工的提醒，才又去退货重新买，结果1寸的还缺货，于是就买了1又八分之一寸的，回
头还打电话跟我说“你当时也没说要一寸的，这个板子比3/4寸的贵好多”，奶奶的，
明显想讹我，马上straight him out，嗨，有没有搞错，图纸上标的清清楚楚，前天还
打电话叮嘱你，你的工人都知道，还怪我？实在有点太凌不清了吧。
