如果硬要比。。。 空手道的型就是招式。 而不是体型， 强调一下
其实我最想说的是， 以前去一次driving range 至少打一大筐80个球， 每打一个球之
间空打很多次 rubber tee， 有过3张买球卡， 11(买10 送一)大筐一张的。这样算起
来， 木杆铁杆我竟然挥了也有上万次了。。。@@ 艹， 累是肯定的但是从来没觉得幸
苦过。。。。
那时候没悟性， 去健身房也就是跑跑步， 练肌肉， 其他身体协调的运动非常少， 就
歇菜了， 型也是一样， 打的多， 还要体会， 身体上有的东西很难改， 比如说断腕
， 杆到底的时候， 腕就是不直。。。
基本功也是一样
driving range， 其实可以看到很多不同姿势的人， 最有印象的是有个棒子， 用
driver姿势像打棒球， 前脚会虚空， 下挥以前后举的杆头会想棒球干那样晃动， 我
当时一边抽烟一边看着丫打， 3个有一个是直的， 其他都是歪的。。。
我觉得这就是你说的veriation， 能打出力气吗， 能， 偏差当然也是有的。

你那个高尔夫动作来比喻型（FORM），非常确切的。我是进一步引申。
因为打高尔夫是去击打固定靶的，实战中你去击打的是移动靶
对方是移动的，当然你也是移动的，那么你的型就会有变化（VARIAITONS)。
应该保证能从任何自己的身体位置和角度出招击打，夸张说类似是变形金刚
这个型，也就无型了(FORMLESS)。这又是理论，有的武术是考虑了这一点的。

In my view, nothing is addicting in itself. Drugs and other things
faithfully delivers its function, to make people feel in certain way, it's
the people who use it that can't control himself/herself, mainly due to a
side of him/her that is not satisfied. With that 执着 or uncontrollable
seeking, even "good" things can be harmful, such as over-exercising, over-
dieting, etc.
