基于自己的信仰反对同性恋，这本来没什么，我个人表示理解。但是，奇怪的是，“圣

情况比较复杂，大致如下：

房子的租期是今年6月1日到8月1日，短租的暑假，租金750每月，security deposit同
样的数目。与其他两名室友合租。
8月1日查房的时候房东发现她的granite counter top有一块变色了，很不高兴，想把
整块counter top换了，说要扣留我们的security deposit，会找公司报价之后再联系
我们。她说肯定是我们把烫的锅子直接放在台子上造成的。我们一直不承认。因为那一
块地方是放的调料，从来没有放过锅子。而且granite就是因为抗高温的特点，才卖的
比较贵的。
她说换变色的部分counter top不会太多，也就几百块。
我们当时就觉得，几百块对她来说不多，对我们来说太多了，就据理力争。
首先，变色的原因不明，如果是因为烫坏了，那就根本不是我们，如果是其他原因，倒
有可能；
第二，我们不能确定在我们来之前是不是已经变色了。她说我没有在入住查房的时候写

得益的就是short sale的，foreclosure的！我们大家来买单。我认识的一个活生生的
例子，老美同事。04年初买房42万，05年涨到58万的时候把钱全部提出来，他离过好几
次婚，credit很烂。那个时候做的是sub prime，interest only，每个月付四千多的
mortgage。拿出来的钱装修了房子，买了车，买了time share，给老婆做了plastic
surgery。到08年看到事态不对，就不付房费了，其实完全可以付。免费住了一年的房
子，09年short sale了，卖了24万。这些forgiven的debt （30多万啊）不用交税！！
！最近还告诉我，他的short sale的record已经不影响他的credit了，他还qualifie
to buy a home now！
其实这个housing bubble完全就是因为牛鬼蛇神都能买房，才把房价炒起来，我们这些
平民老百姓，看不清事态的，也跟着在高房价买了房！付了一大堆equity 进去，也不

恶毒的诅咒，但是我还是想说出来，孩子除了吃饭穿衣还最需要什么
我上高中的时候，有次意外事故要致残的那种。我们家就我父亲一个人工作养我，本来
家里就没有什么存款，我在当地两家医院治疗的时候，也经全部花完。 之后我爸爸在
别人的建议下带我去帝都的医院。总共花了6万块钱，90年代中。单位报销一半，还剩3
万。我们有套三居室的房子，80年代末从单位买断1万9000。家里家具家电若干。不能
说家徒四壁 ， 但是治完病所有的财产和债务算上，家里的networth 是负值。
我在帝都医院的时候，我所在学校发起了捐款，等我和我爸爸回来，钱就送到了我们面

随着学生贷款违约率不断攀升，标准普尔早在年初就发布警告称，警惕学生贷款成为美
国下一个可能破裂的资产泡沫。
５年增加4000亿美元
根据学生贷款网站finaid.org的报告，大约三分之二的本科毕业生身负学生贷款。美国
消费者金融保护局的调查发现，仅去年一年，就产生了1170亿美元的学生贷款。
根据纽约联储的数据，2007年第一季度，美国学生贷款的贷款人数为275０万人，贷款
总额为5070亿美元。到2012年第一季度，贷款人数上升到371０万人，贷款总额为9020
亿美元。
过去四年，也是美国政府在教育上重大改革的四年。奥巴马签署通过了《保健与教育协
调法》（Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act）。从2014年开始，毕业生
每月还学生贷款的金额无需超过收入的10%；还贷20年后，所有未还清的贷款将一笔勾
