这很明显是leasing office的人操作有误，拉着你跟a这样不太有经验和警惕性的租客
受累，遇到了，倒霉
leasing office一定是哪里操作有误，应该是很笨的人，或者没好好通过training就被
赶鸭子上架的人做的。然后a又太不厚道，直接把一堆烂摊子丢给你们自己拍了屁股走
人。
leasing office做事情前后非常inconsistent。首先从background check一事就能看出
他们的失误。这是多么简单的一道程序，他们应该是哪个步骤自己没有做好（manager
没有签字），后来发现了问题又必须给上面一个交代，就拿租客的利益做牺牲，擦不干
净屁股了就往你们身上糊。等于是他们赖你们在a没通过background check的情况下你
们让他非法入住了。
这个里面还有一些蹊跷是你需要考虑的。就算是把a加到leasing contract上，那a的名
