CNN新闻网消息称,美国司法部律师团队要求得克萨斯州的一名联邦法官,拒绝受理华
为对美国政府提起的诉讼。理由是,“禁令”本身没有违反宪法。美国政府作出这个决
定,是“符合逻辑的一步”,目的是“保护美国”,并禁止华为从战略意义上在美国找
到“立足之地(foothold)”。
今年3月7日,华为在其深圳总部正式对美国政府提起诉讼,请求美国法院判决“华为禁
售令”违反该国宪法。
而在当地时间7月4日,作为辩方的美国政府,又要求法院拒绝受理此案。
值得一提,在美国另一起和华为相关的案件中,美国政府作为控方,也曾使用过类似手
段试图阻碍司法进程。
