爬这几个山头是年初就和山友T计划好的，因为T的工作性质，请假必须提前好几个月通
知，我们就把日子定在奥运开幕前的那个周末。至于到时候天气如何，只能撞大运了，

周四早退数小时，和T汇合后开车至South Colony Lake Upper TH，步行约三迈半到
South Colony Lake，在11,500’左右扎营。
周五从Red Gully上Crestone Peak，然后 traverse到Crestone Needle；
周六上Humboldt，顺便拿下边上一个centennial 13er Columbia Point，下山回家。

extremely high threshold for ANY newcomers. The motion that a newcomer could
succeed is delusional. Taiwan tried to but failed (Aerospace Industrial
Development Corporation (AIDC) 漢翔航空工業股份有限公司 was founded in 1996).
Basically newcomers that are NOW breaking in are dead on arrival (DOA).

This, is only one of the MANY attempts they have tried to get a foothold
into the US Market, since the 1980s. All previous attempts failed badly.
It's working better this time, because of the Lehman situation.

发帖数: 16 | 27 这个周末,和两个朋友(Eric,耀明)去了YOSEMITE,第一次尝试了大岩壁攀登.虽然只爬了一
条较为简单
的线路,仍然感到了大岩壁攀登独有的困难和乐趣.
我们爬的是Tuolumne Lake 边Dolly Dome 上的 一条四个PITCHS的线路,全长180米,
最难的一段5.7.
耀明Lead第一段5.4, 爬得行顺利,但我们绳索管理不熟练,动作很慢.
Eric Lead 下面两段,分别是5.4 和 5.7, 我在过5.7 的一个台阶时,也许是因为背上背了
个包的缘故,颇费了些力气,还险些脱落.耀明通过得也不顺利.
我们4PM开始,爬到这里竟然已经将近7PM.在100多米的高处看下面深蓝的湖水,有一种难以
言表的放松和宁静感.
最后一段5.7. 看上去坡度不大,没有什么难点.认为应该能在天黑前完成.于是我开始Lead
.爬了一段后发现不对,因为岩壁开始变得很光滑,像打磨过的大理石,只能小心翼翼的抓
踩上面的破裂处,handhold 和 foothold都很小.虽然因为不是直壁,所以难度不高,但第一
次在这样的高处,心里难免紧张,动作也就慢了下来.不知爬了多久,Eric在下面叫停 |
