As to Korean food, I think their great contribution is galic/sugar/saseme
oil/soy sauce marinating for meat, no matter it’s bolgogi , or in table BBQ
. I would say garlic is used best in Korea. I love their radish kimchi and

热情的网友。在上届版主 ditu 以及两位版副的辛勤治理下，Food 版有了长
足的发展，最高在线人数也达到了前所未有的 88 人，每日发文数最高过千。
ditu 等卸任以后，Food 版依然兴旺，大家踊跃上菜，期间还有 uptownpisces
网友自发组织美食竞猜活动，让 Food 版保持了持续的高人气，成果斐然。

料而完全依赖大自然纯粹天然生长得倒的食品。
natural food， 是指天然生长但在生长过程中使用过相关化学助长原料，比方化肥，
农药，除草剂等原料而地道的食品。
转基因食品，也就是 genetically engineered food， genetically modified food
，or genetically modified organism (GMO)， 是指通过生物基因转移的实验室改造
方法，给天然植物的种子加入有毒素等其它性质的基因，以对抗虫害，植物病害，和区
域气候适应性而提高其产量所生产的食品。这些被加入的第三者的基因，可以来自植物
，动物或者在实验室培育而成。
美国食品市场上的 pure organic food 很少，但99%的食品都是 natural food， 转基
因植物除了工业和喂猪用的玉米，工业用油的大豆，棉花外，直接食用的小麦，大米等
并没有被批准进行合法的商业化种植与经营。也就是说，这些植物和食物的买卖是不允

FOOD版容不下批评回帖，都是好啊，赞啊，其实有些帖子好个P啊。
举例如下：
1. 有个帖子说，牛排烤之前用水泡着，为了多汁。
2. 有个帖子做葱油饼，把面打成糊和肉馅拌一起炸。

来帮忙带孩子时，特别爱包饺子包包子，但是一弄馅就要切好久。有了这个宝贝以后，
真是省劲多了，切菜打肉馅也就是分分钟的事，还能和饺子面。妈妈和婆婆都特别喜欢
！她们走了以后，这个宝贝就由我全全使用了，真是每天爱它多一点。前一阵有朋友问
我这个宝贝打土豆丝好不好用，正好这几天下雨不能外出，猫在家里做了这一段用food
processor切土豆丝的视频，希望对想买food processor的姐妹有一定的参考意义。
关于用food processor切土豆丝，再多说几句。我比较喜欢用那种红皮的小土豆，炒出
来很脆很好吃，如果是普通的russet potato，用food processor切出来感觉淀粉含量
大，炒出来不会特别脆, russet potato还是手动切炒出来的效果好。
