我现在比赛的时候，多是专注靶子，sight picture,行进路线和reload的策略，根本没
精力去顾虑其他的。还是像你说的比赛经验少。不过，我估计flinch的可能不大，可以
从得分看得出，flinch的厉害，远点的靶会有很多miss或D。
室内练的时候，更关注trigger control,反而更紧张，更容易flinch.我的flinch也不
是每次都有，一般射了一定量的子弹后，就开始有苗头。可能是因为室内的回响大。

找个同伴，定期互相练习，去除flinch。过程是这样的：让同伴装弹夹，混进几颗
snap cap。然后在旁边仔细观察有没有flich，在扣扳机之前有没有闭眼（需要
call shot）。打到snap cap的时候有没有flinch更加明显。
如果不用snap cap的话就只好每次闭上眼睛让同伴一次装一发子弹，插到枪里。有
时候不装子弹，看看有没有flich。 |

发帖数: 5133 | 4 后坐控制和枪射击时的自身运动特性有关，运动特性有很多因素决定，膛压，膛线产生
的扭力，复进簧设计和弹力，套筒份量，枪管轴线高低，整枪大小和握把接触面等。
我上手拿不熟悉的枪基本就是只注意握枪，握紧到后坐时枪不在双手中有相对运动，而
是保证手和枪一直是同时运动，其它都相对比较放松，让枪来告诉我它是怎么后坐的，
并寻求后坐的一致性。我说的是相对放松，不是不用力让枪随便飞。另外大家觉得没什
么后坐的9毫米，在慢镜头中可以看到让手腕也是上扬很多。绷得太紧手腕肯定受力过
多，换上点四五就更那个了。
枪打一阵子后就会多少对上面说的众多决定运动特性的很多因素有个自己说不清道不明
的下意识了解，知道双手双臂何时用力用多少力来配合控制后坐，这个有点玄乎，但大
家可能也有感觉，就是自己熟悉的枪击发后后坐来临的一瞬间该用力的肌肉会自动用力
来抑制后坐。这个和flinch完全是两码事，flinch是害怕后坐，在击发前过份用力，而
我说的是击发后瞬间用力主动抑制后坐。如果碰上一个臭弹，旁人可能看到的都是差不
多的枪口点头，但内涵是不同嘀。这些都是培养出来的下意识，不过flinch是坏的和需

那些说握枪放松的低手是握得不得法用力了还控制不了后座。那些说握枪放松的高手是
自己用力还不觉得或者是在说不要用全力。他们200磅以上的握力用个6-7成就算放松来
换得手指灵活性但握力仍远高于WSN吃奶的劲。
对普通人来数，后座来回的速度相对自己能达到的射击水平来说很快，用很大劲去控制
不一定有必要。这种情况下后座中枪口上下摆动多些，但均衡用力握枪，手和枪身不分
离的话，枪口返回的一致性还是很好的，练好了速度完全可以很快，实用射击女选手大
部分是这样的。我觉得大部分人能做到这样就非常好了。如果要在这基础上进一步加快
射速的话，就是要枪口更早回到瞄准点和稳定下来。后座肯定是压不住的，就是台钳夹
住的barrel fixture发射还是看得见后座产生的枪口上跳，但不等于不能尽最大可能来
抑制枪口上扬。最好的方法就是在后座作用力力矩最小的位置用力钳住，这个位置一般
就是紧接着套筒的套筒座最上方，也就是左手手腕略微前旋后大鱼际大面积贴住套筒座
握柄上部直到扳机护圈上部再加上左手手指用力握住。这种握法左手手掌手指同时水平

live fire and see the front sight on your POA until it jumps. if POI doesn't
match POA, you either flinch or blink. if you don't blink, you can actually

都会在开枪瞬间手抖。
recoil是另外一回事，家防的左轮可以考虑ported barrel. 减少枪口上扬非常有效。

手常有的闭眼，耸肩，flinch，jerk。。。很淡定的把35码铁靶打的叮叮连响。新手打
手枪很难能忽视傍边横飞经常砸到头的弹壳，这个妹妹能做到。
而且貌似体力不错，几把手枪轮流打下来没有一丝疲态。这个天赋再稍加训练，前途无
量，说不定是下一个Jessie Abbate，建议军区吸收这样的好苗子

有人对后座过分敏感（包括年纪太小的孩子）；或者年纪大了，受不了后座，会flinch
，.22是很好的选择

如果不准备改枪的话，160多的marlin 60也很不错，再买个91/30（calguns上甚至可以
